  • My grandson attends ALC Lakewood and we LOVE it here! He was slightly delayed in speech and social behavior and within just a few weeks of attending ALC he demonstrated notable improvement in words and socialization. He’s been going here a little over a year now Ana I cannot imagine him being anywhere else! The staff is amazing from the Director to the teachers! You won’t go wrong choosing ALC!

  • I have a four year old and one year old at ALC and it has been a wonderful experience! I think the preschool classeoom does an amazing job of getting the students ready for kindergarten. As for my younger child, the teachers are caring and attentive. I really love how they have many community nights welcoming the parents to be part of the learning environment and the teachers have been there for a long time.. which says a lot. We love ALC!

  • Fantastic daycare! Our kids have been going here for years and they have loved it. They learn a lot every day: letters, counting, arts, crafts, social-emotional. The teachers are loving and caring. Highly recommend!

  • After two corporate daycares, finding ALC was such a welcome change and has proved to us that wonderful daycares/preschools still exist. This is a place that prioritizes children over profit, and you can feel it in everything. The teachers are experienced, thoughtful, and genuinely invested. Play and learning are woven together in a way that feels intentional and makes learning a joyful experience for our daughter. More than once, I’ve arrived for pickup only to have my little one ask if she can stay longer. I think that speaks volumes! The environment is cozy and personal. Classrooms aren't overcrowded, meals are home-cooked, and our daughter is truly known here. She's not just being watched, she's learning, building friendships, and thriving. ALC is a special place, filled with wonderful people, and we’re so grateful to have found it.

  • Our child has been at ALC for almost year and a half (age 7 months to almost 2 years) and we would absolutely recommend it. The teachers are kind, caring and have formed strong bonds withh our kiddo. There is little to no turnover in the staff and the teachers in each room know my child's name. It's bright, colorful, well maintained, clean, with lots of structured and unstructured activities and a great outdoor area. They are diligent at updating information in the app and are transparent with incident reports when something happens (because let's face it, toddlers bite), do I always feel up to date. They are amazing!! If you're in doubt, come visit!

  • Both of my children attended ALC and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From infants through preschool, the staff truly made each of my kids feel seen and cared for as individuals. The teachers are warm, experienced, and clearly passionate about early childhood development.

Questions parents ask about ADVANTAGE LEARNING CENTER

How many infants and toddlers can ADVANTAGE LEARNING CENTER take?

Colorado licenses ADVANTAGE LEARNING CENTER for 8 infants and 20 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.

Who can help me find child care near ADVANTAGE LEARNING CENTER?

ADVANTAGE LEARNING CENTER sits in the area covered by the Gateway Partnership for Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Child Care Innovations. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.

Does ADVANTAGE LEARNING CENTER accept CCCAP child care assistance?

Yes. The state record shows ADVANTAGE LEARNING CENTER authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation means the provider can accept CCCAP families, not that it has a funded place open now, so ask before you apply.
