  • Our boys have enjoyed going to the one week sessions for the last two years. My 10 year old loves the zip line, pond and double pond and my 12 year old always comes home raving about rock climbing! We highly recommend for a family looking for a traditional camp experience with some fancier activity options like zip lining and huge slip and slide!

  • Our son has participated in the Ajax camp for two years in a row. He absolutely loves it! It is an electronic free, outdoor activity based camp. The camp sends daily emails with lots of details about what they ate each meal, what activities they did that morning, afternoon and evening, with tons of pictures. I highly recommend this camp!

  • Our granddaughter, age 10, attended a week at this camp in June. She loved it! There are plenty of activities, food is great and cabins good. The staff supervised them plenty. She wants to go back next year for two weeks.

  • My daughter loves this camp, it’s the highlight of her summer! Everyone is so kind, and the activities offered are amazing. Next year I’m sending my son too!

  • My boys 8 and 10 just got back from a week of camp and “enjoyed “‘it and want to go back next year. This is a huge win and testament to Ajax sleep away. My boys always struggle with summer programming where they feel like they are being herded like cats and told what to do. Once something catches their interest, or someone earns their trust, they go for it. It is hard to capture their trust and interest, but the te at Ajax did it. Thank you so much. We already signed up for next year.

  • The best sleepaway camp ever! My kid comes back home exhausted, dirty, but EXTREMELY HAPPY AND WITH NEW FRIENDS AND PLENTY OF GREAT MEMORIES! Thank you Danny and Oliver for such an amazing program you guys put together for our kids!!! She just got back and we just can’t wait for next summer! Thank you, thank you and thank you!

Questions parents ask about Ajax Sleepaway

Who can help me find child care near Ajax Sleepaway?

Ajax Sleepaway sits in the area covered by the Eagle County Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Mountain Valley Developmental Svcs. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.

Does Ajax Sleepaway accept CCCAP child care assistance?

The state record does not show Ajax Sleepaway authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation is county-administered and can change, so confirm with the provider and your county office.
