Alvarium Learning Center was such a wonderful community for our family to be part of. Our 3 year old and baby under the age of 1 both attended there and every teacher we interacted with was professional, caring, and truly had a passion for working with kids. Our 3 year old learned SO much in her Golden Bee class - I was amazed as how much she learned in the first 8 months there and in addition to learning and having structure they are able to have a lot of free play to connect with other kids and staff. Fouad and Christine run an amazing center and have built something very special. If it were not for moving away from Colorado, we would still be attending for years to come.
Rachel SchlegelMay 6, 2025Alvarium Learning Center is the best daycare we have ever had our children at. We have been a part of 3 different daycares (one Montessori), and Alvarium blows the other 2 out of the water. The staff and management are top notch. Our children wake up everyday excited to go to school to see their teachers and friends. Highly recommend ALC if you are seeking professional care and exceptional academics for your child!
Callum MerkowitzMar 14, 2025We have been very happy with Alvarium and the care they provide to our son! Ms. Riley in the Busy Bees class is phenomenal. She creates such a fun yet structured environment for the kids. We receive frequent photos and updates throughout the day, which I always look forward to. You can tell that they genuinely care. Our son loves his time here and we couldn't ask for better!
Kyla W.Jan 30, 2024Our 3 1/2 year old has been at Alvarium since they opened! She loves going to “school”! We also just enrolled our baby into their new infant care “Baby Bees” program. We are very happy that Alvarium opened their doors to the Wellington community and would highly recommend this early childhood education center to others.
Roxanne BosseDec 4, 2023Alvarium was a wonderful place to send our son in helping prepare him for Kindergarten! The structured play and educational component of the program helped our son learn classroom expectations and it was tremendous for his social confidence. It was also very flexible as we sometimes needed additional care days outside of our regular schedule and they were usually able to accommodate.
A AbbottNov 29, 2023They are disrespectful of parents job schedule and kids special needs. They make you miss work. There are so many inconsistencies. This daycare out of the blue might decide to close because they want to adopt Poudre School District days off when clearly this is not a public school. One day the decided to have off as "teacher" day. Unfortunately I've seen a lot of good caretakers dissappear, no one last there too long. It's bad for the kids especially after they form an attachment with the caretakers. If you have a room of 10 toddlers that's about $16,000 a month. Not sure why they can't pay the caretakers right. They charge more than a lot of places for the hours 7:30 am to 5:30 pm (I asked what happens if I'm a few minutes late during the tour and she said she wold have to call social services). Again not ok. Kids are always hungry and my kids actually unlearned things. They throw away the food you provide if they don't agree with it. Let the kids stay wet on "wet days", under the rain or snow and not change them. They say a lot of things but don't actually do them. Our kids have been bruised, scratch and they don't inform you. My husband and I are here because the other places are full. To be honest we have missed several days from our jobs. If you're looking for a job, do your research. If you're looking for a daycare, I'd suggest you try another place if you can. If you're the daycare, be better. Update: Gladly we are finally got out of this mess of a place. Found a cheaper daycare that provides healthy meals 4x a day, a better schedule they close at 6, the youngest staff has worked 4 years there, our kid is really happy not starving when we pick her up and they are caring. Also, they listen.

Questions parents ask about Alvarium Learning Center
How many infants and toddlers can Alvarium Learning Center take?
- Colorado licenses Alvarium Learning Center for 10 infants and 20 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.
Who can help me find child care near Alvarium Learning Center?
- Alvarium Learning Center sits in the area covered by the Early Childhood Council of Larimer County and the referral agency ECC of Larimer County. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.
Does Alvarium Learning Center accept CCCAP child care assistance?
- Yes. The state record shows Alvarium Learning Center authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation means the provider can accept CCCAP families, not that it has a funded place open now, so ask before you apply.
