  • Just got back from JPII outdoor lab! It was amazing! I felt close to God. The staff is really nice and there’s fun activities to do everywhere. I loved stargazing by the lake and hiking in the dark. Archery was also fun even though I was bad at it! The cabins are surprisingly modern and fit 11-12 people. I wish the dining hall had more options and better drinks. Otherwise it was an exceptional experience!

  • My family had THE best time at the 2025 family camp!! The whole crew has continually asked if we can go back again next year. We loved daily mass, the scenery, the activities and all of the awesome families we met while there. Will and his staff were top notch and are so grateful for everything they put in to the experience. God bless Annunciation Heights and hopefully we can return soon!

  • Had an amazing 4 day 3 night stay at family camp. The staff and counselors were amazing. They quickly learned my families names, took great care of my kids, and made us feel incredibly welcomed at the camp. The family activities (high ropes, low ropes, archery, and zip line) were engaging and fun for my kids and brought us closer as a family. Evenings were spent dancing, singing, and around the campfire. Parent sessions were inspiring and meaningful, as was the small group time with other parents. Would highly recommend for anyone who would like to connect with their family.

  • The facility was great! Staff were uneducated and even at one point during our hike refused a man who was possibly having a medical emergency to return to the bus. This incident could have had a different outcome. This same gentleman and son are now suffering from pneumonia.

  • This is an absolutely stunning retreat center nestled among the mountains near Estes Park. I can only speak to the camping sites, but they were well maintained with more then adequate fire pits and bathrooms that were cleaner and more well maintained than I have sometimes encountered in day to day city life. If your church organizes a retreat here, I HIGHLY recommend attending!

  • Hosted a silent retreat on Contemplative Prayer at Annunciation Heights. Beautiful location. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Shoutouts to Bernadette, Brenda, and Jack! With the time of year we were able to burn fires throughout the day and they supply the firewood! Campsites were great. Plenty of space to park, pitch tents, and have space for cooking and eating.
