I was a student here. I can agree that this school is better than most but the admin sucks now. The and in at least used to be alright, and some of the staff sucks to. But, otherwise, it’s actually pretty alright.
Denny MangramJun 22, 2026Aspen Ridge Preparatory School in Erie has been a wonderful experience for our family. One of the biggest strengths of the school is its smaller size, which allows for smaller class sizes and more one-on-one attention for the kiddos. The teachers are truly wonderful—caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and success. The leadership team is very involved and makes a point to know every student by name, which really speaks to the strong sense of community at the school. We feel supported, heard, and confident that our children are in great hands!!
Brittany MaracineJan 28, 2026DO NOT send your children to this school. My son has severe autism and struggles with loud noises and crowded spaces. I informed the school of this and they chose to send him to lunch group with a woman named Ms. Rebecca instead of the regular lunch period. He told me that he hated the first meeting with her and that she was pushing him to socialize with her and the other kids when he was not comfortable doing so. I called and had them remove him from lunch group, but the next day he came home in hysterics and told me she forced him to go again. There were even more students there who were loud and disrespectful. On top of that, he described to me in very vivid detail how she took her shoes off and started playing with her toes the whole time. She kept asking for the bag of chips that I packed him until he gave it to her and gave all the other students treats besides him. I reported this the principal and no action was taken. Needless to say I am disgusted with this school and the way they handle their special needs students. I will be taking this situation up with the school board.
Deborah WintersJan 24, 2026This school is god awful, given the chance id rather send my kid to little saint jamesthen let him spend another day at this school, he hasn't learned anything for 4 years straight and he complains to me daily about a woman named "ms Rebecca" He still doesnt know how to read or write well, hes been there since kindergarten DO NOT send your kids to this school
David SandersJan 18, 2026My two children went to Aspen Ridge across 9 years. We feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to attend a school with such caring, talented, knowledgeable and dedicated faculty, staff and administrators. An overall stellar experience!
Debbie WilliamsOct 4, 2024I've had children at Aspen Ridge since 2015. Our family loves this school. We trust the leadership, there is a good school culture, and they are willing to do what each individual child needs. We highly recommend this school.
