  • During an appointment for assistance the staff literally scrolled through many questions without allowing me to answer accurately. I had to ask her to scroll up and mark yes that I am disabled. Disgusted by that ignorance and lack of attention to detail when your job is to check boxes, offer assistance and explain the process. Assistance was not of quality and wasn't worth the tax dollars spent.

  • So disappointing! I went there to get help with health insurance. I made sure to arrive on time for my 30 minute appointment. Filled out the form the receptionist gave me. Then she left and I sat there for over 45 minutes well past the time my appointment was supposed to end. I was the only person there. The whole office staff just disappeared. No one came out or acknowledged me. It’s like they forgot I was there. I finally walked out.

  • I got help here to get set up with health insurance before the yearly deadline to sign up. They are incredibly efficient, kind, and understanding individuals. It’s a dog eat dog world out there and I was incredibly moved by the help I got. I haven’t been around people this good in a long time. A truly moving experience.
