Bal Swan Children’s Center has been an absolute blessing for our family. After moving here in April ‘24 and struggling to find a preschool that was a safe and nurturing environment for our daughter — that we could afford, we found Bal Swan’s summer preschool/junior kindergarten program. They helped us navigate a scholarship, they helped us figure out after school care. Sarah, Mikayla, and Tristine — as well as all of the other teachers truly care about and love the students. They have taken our daughter on fun field trips and adventures, my daughter comes home happy everyday. I am forever grateful for Bal Swan.

J-MacSep 11, 2018I began talking to them in July 2016, 6 months before I wanted my child to start. Due to their staff on vacation I could not tour until August. When I went in I was told to fill out my application and drop off my deposit. I brought it back very next day and was informed my child would start in January of 2017. If anything changed I'd be notified in November. No one ever reached out to notify me otherwise. I get an email middle of December stating my child is on a waiting list for August 2017. Their staff member Kathi lied to me, yet had no problem cashing my deposit. They refuse to admit they lied to me or try to correct the situation. I didn't look at other preschools since I was told my child would start January 2016, now it's too late since everywhere is full for classes.
amie dunsmoorDec 13, 2016Get on the waiting list first! Then, check it out and all the other schools, because you'll end up here - IF you get a spot. Consider yourself lucky if you do. I'm a family practice physician and can't begin to say how good this school has been and will always be. I recommend it to all my young parents looking for a school. Your kids will flourish here.
