  • My daughter has been in the infant classroom for 2 months and it has been great so far! The communication and attentiveness they give to her have made my transition back to work a breeze. Her teachers are absolutely wonderful and take such great care of her.

  • I can’t put into words how amazing Bright Horizons is. I am confident sending both of my kiddos to school each day knowing that they are well taken care of. The teachers go above and beyond to make sure the school is safe and the children are getting all of their needs met. I recommend every parent who is looking for care to consider taking their children to BH. They have truly made a positive impact on our family and most importantly our children.

  • Serious safety concern at Bright Horizons We have been with Bright Horizons for a little over two years, specifically at the Interlocken location. Our son is 2.5 years old. Until now, aside from a few minor issues, our experience had been fine. That changed yesterday. After picking our son up after nine hours at school, we discovered he was still wearing the same diaper we put him in that morning. The diaper was extremely heavy, ripped, and visibly disintegrating, with white material coming out and covering his legs. We knew immediately it was the same diaper because we use pull-ups at home and send regular diapers to school, per the school’s request. This was a pull-up, meaning it had been on him all day. We checked the daycare app to confirm diaper changes. Nothing was logged. The only diaper change recorded was the one we did that morning. Our child went an entire school day without a single diaper change. We escalated this to site leadership and higher leadership. We were told an HR investigation would be opened. However, this location is scheduled to close in two days, which makes it clear there will be no meaningful accountability for what happened. We immediately decided not to bring our child back. Bright Horizons offered only a two-day refund. When my husband asked leadership whether they would feel comfortable sending their own child back after this incident, the answer was yes. That response is what concerns us most. This situation, and the response to it, came from higher leadership, not just a single classroom or staff member. If leadership believes this is acceptable, it raises serious concerns about the standards being upheld and what behavior is allowed to continue. Leaving a toddler in the same diaper for nine hours is not a minor oversight. It is a basic care failure. I am sharing this to warn other parents. Please ask questions and trust your instincts.

  • We sent both our boys to Bright Horizons and had an incredible experience. We sent our oldest boy 'sight unseen' because we were desperate for him to get in and it ended up working out so well for our family. Our oldest boy has been going since we was 6 months old, he's now 4 years old. Our youngest son has been going since he was 3 months old, now he's a year old. All of the teachers were welcoming, friendly, and patient. We felt safe and Ms. Megan was always accessible for any questions or concerns. We were sad to leave but only left because our family moved out of Westminster. I highly recommend Bright Horizons for any parent.

  • I have sent both my kids to this daycare and can honestly say it is one of the better ones in the area. I have had challenges with both kids ranging from personality issues, inability to transition to a new environment, to nutrition issues. No matter how big or small the issues are, the site director and staff has 100% partnered with us to ensure expectations are met -- which they've most of the time exceeded our expectations. There has been plenty of teacher churn over the duration of my kids time here. While some are better than others, anytime I raised issues, the site director and staff has always worked with us to resolve the issues. The curriculum the school follows (incorporating Montessori Curriculum Model) enabled growth in my children, which stimulated and stretched their growth to allow us to send our oldest to an academic focused elementary school. Having the right foundation in the early years has set my children up for success in elementary school. This is one of the few daycares that do not allow children to utilize technology in the early years, which I am a HUGE fan of. The 2 previous reviews implied there is a lack of security, and from my experience, morning drop off time can be hectic. There is a secure code only parents will know. Piggybacking from a previous person can happen in any building with an automated means of entry. The balance of ensuring our kids are being watched in the room vs. someone sitting at the front desk -- if it were me, I will always prioritize making sure my children are being monitored as opposed to someone sitting in the lobby. I am extremely thankful of the culture and the love my children received from this daycare and I highly recommend this location.

  • I scheduled for my daughter to go here for a few days through a work back-up care program. Everything was set in the system and my partner was the one to drop her off. When he arrived, there were no workers in the lobby and he did not know where to go. A parent let him in and he walked around a bit but felt odd. He messaged me where I called the school 4 times (plus left a voicemail). 2 days later and I have still yet to even get a call back from anybody. Needless to say we did not feel confident leaving our baby here at this point. We were hoping to find a good daycare through this process but I now know to cross this off the list as anybody can just walk in and have access to the children like my partner did

How many infants and toddlers can BRIGHT HORIZONS AT THE RANCH RESERVE take?

Colorado licenses BRIGHT HORIZONS AT THE RANCH RESERVE for 10 infants and 34 toddlers. Who can help me find child care near BRIGHT HORIZONS AT THE RANCH RESERVE?
