Always a pleasure. Great staff clean place lot of things/activitieso do.
Colorado PattyJul 29, 2026A lot of these negative reviews are fake. There is no lazy river at this location and children arent allowed in most public hot tubs or saunas/steam rooms This place is great. Huge basketball area, good sized indoor track, weight machines, weight room, crossfit style room with an outdoor portion. Worst part is how long people sit on the seated machines without using them. Its very common for women and men to just sit in the seat for 10 minutes between actual workout sets. So theyll do 2 or 3 sets but they sit at the machine for 27 minutes. That and the weight room people dont put their weight plates back. Still, its a good rec center
R WJul 25, 2026I don’t even know if it’s the place or the people, took my kids to use the pool area and they really don’t let the kids do anything! My 4yr old couldn’t get in the lazy river with me. My son tried to go in the hot tub and an older man (not an employee) told him he can’t be in there. I packed my kids and left. First and last time I set foot in that place!
Viridiana RuizesparzaJul 9, 2026Decent amount of weight equipment. Courteous staff. Clean establishment. Nice expansion recently completed. Only complaint i have is the price of admission. For not being a Brighton Resident, its $8 to get in. Most rec centers I've been to are at $6 for non-residents. Its not really a big deal unless you go more than a few times per week.... then it starts adding up.
Larry WatersJun 22, 2026Bad service. Why can they make the pool public? Kids and adults have to wait till 6:45 to swim. Why do we have to wait until 6:45? We only get 1 hr and 15 min to swim. Make the kids at the swim lessons be dismissed at 4:10.
Daniel HernandezFeb 4, 2026Usually love it here but NOT today. I asked the front desk guy to turn on the playoff game upstairs and he said the TV channels are pre set. So I asked him to at least turn on the corner tv that was OFF, to see what channel it was set to. After 2 hours, he never did! Seemed like a reasonable request. While lifting, one full bottle of cleaning spray did not work/squirter was broke. Another bottle was empty. Left one bottle for us all to share and dude was just downstairs warming his chair. Also both pools are closed today for "HVAC problem. " not worth the money i paid!

Questions parents ask about Brighton Recreation Center
Who can help me find child care near Brighton Recreation Center?
- Brighton Recreation Center sits in the area covered by the Early Childhood Partnership of Adams County and the referral agency Child Care Innovations. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.
Does Brighton Recreation Center accept CCCAP child care assistance?
- The state record does not show Brighton Recreation Center authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation is county-administered and can change, so confirm with the provider and your county office.
