My husband and I toured 3 local preschool/daycares for our 3/4 year old. Kindercare was upfront about placement timeline being later in the year and when a spot opened up they quickly reached out to us to notify us. Their neighbor care center told us they would have a place the month we needed...1 week before the start date I had to reach out to check on it and they said oops it will be 2 months longer. They definitely took that registration fee though. None the less, Kindercare has surpassed our first impressions. Our son has done so well here. The school curriculum is engaging and fun. They send photos all day long to show us what he is doing. It may be an older school, but honestly, they are amazing. Highly Reccommend.
Aimee LunaMay 19, 2026We've had our daughter here for a little over 2 years now (from ages ~2-4), and I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this place. Every staff member seems so caring and helpful, and the facility is always very neat and clean. Would highly recommend considering Kindercare for your child's daycare!
matthew riceApr 15, 2026Our son changed to kinder care a few months ago and is thriving! The teacher turn over is little to none which has made a huge difference! They offer sports inside school hours and extra classes like cooking classes and phonics classes as well. They always have afterschool activities that parents can join at the end of the day and themed days for kiddos during the week!
R MNov 4, 2025I never thought I’d have to write something like this, but I feel like I owe it to other parents. Our 3-year-old was pushed out of KinderCare Castle Rock because he had normal 3-year-old struggles with big feelings and sometimes wanted to leave the classroom. Instead of leadership attempting to figure out why and helping him feel safe, engaged, and connected, they repeatedly isolated him in an office and allowed him to be destructive out of frustration and embarrassment. At their recommendation, we hired an occupational therapist, but after only four therapy visits, leadership decided they were “done” trying, but without ever consistently putting the recommendations of the therapist into action. We showcased our support to the staff and treated everyone with respect at every turn, but leadership ultimately acted inconvenienced by our son. They made him feel like a problem to be removed, not a child to be understood. And in these critical early years when confidence and trust are built, they made him (and us) feel unwelcome. After a total of 60 days post enrollment the school disenerolled our son leaving us with no childcare and no options. It’s a terrible position for any parent (let alone a working parent) to be in. If your child ever struggles with emotions or needs a little extra support, please know this is not the place that will stand by them.
Nicole PetittoAug 16, 2025I can’t say enough positive things about Kindercare Castle Rock! The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, creating a warm and nurturing environment for the kids. My daughter has thrived there, developing social skills and a love for learning. Communication with parents is excellent, and I always feel informed and involved. I highly recommend Kindercare to any parent looking for a safe and supportive place for their little ones!
Allison BuddMar 11, 2025My kids have been attending this center since Sept 2023 and we have never been happier! Finding this center was such a blessing to our family. This is the 4th center we have been to since moving here in 2020 and they check all the boxes!! The center is clean, reliable, has wonderful teachers and great communication…all the things that are important when you are looking for someone to care for your children. Look no further, this is the right choice!

Questions parents ask about Castle Rock Kindercare
How many infants and toddlers can Castle Rock Kindercare take?
- Colorado licenses Castle Rock Kindercare for 20 infants and 38 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.
Who can help me find child care near Castle Rock Kindercare?
- Castle Rock Kindercare sits in the area covered by the Douglas County Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Child Care Innovations. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.
Does Castle Rock Kindercare accept CCCAP child care assistance?
- The state record does not show Castle Rock Kindercare authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation is county-administered and can change, so confirm with the provider and your county office.
