  • Great school for children with special needs. Tolerance, patience and lots of learning activities for the pre schoolers. Thank you for all you do!

  • The CLC toddler program has been an incredible experience for our two-year-old. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been kind, supportive, and genuinely invested in each child’s individual goals and development. You can truly feel how much they care. I recently read a review suggesting that the environment is not inclusive, and I couldn’t disagree more. In fact, this is the most inclusive childcare setting we have ever experienced. The teachers meet each child exactly where they are and create a supportive space for all personalities and learning styles. Our toddler is strong-willed and feels her emotions deeply, and over the past two semesters, Teachers Liz, LJ, Carli, and Jeanne have completely won her over. They have not only supported her at school but have also helped guide us as parents in coaching her through sharing, emotional regulation, and language development. The consistency of predictable routines and familiar teachers, combined with the addition of graduate students each semester, creates a thoughtful balance that truly sets this program apart. We feel so fortunate to have been part of it and are incredibly grateful for the impact it has had on our daughter’s growth.

  • I would highly recommend the Child Learning Center to enroll my child or to work as a Teacher. When walking into CLC everyone is welcomed with kindness and warmth. The staff are amazing educators. Each Teacher is very knowledgeable and passionate in their role. They are very intentional with supporting each child's development and goals. They use a beautiful blend of multiple curriculums to support each developmental need of the children. The classroom has an ample amount of fun materials for children to learn from and play with. I also love the low child to teacher ratio in the classroom, it helps provide the kiddos with intentional, individual time with each Teacher. We love CLC!

  • The staff and assistants at CLC are absolutely wonderful! They pour so much care and support into each child and post tons of pictures so you can see what your child is up to. At the end of each semester, the family gets scrapbook to remember all the fun times and special moments at CLC. Very highly recommend!

  • This business tries but has a lot of learning to do in regards to inclusion. I think the preschool dierector, LJ, doesn’t know what she is doing and should let Liz take over. Having a special needs child I felt targeted by everyone in this school. Parents didn’t like that we have a child who needs to learn to appropriately release frustrations and feel the fact that my child is behind developmentally reflects that I am a bad parent especially since my full time job is taking care of my child. Kids are told that certain things in the classroom or playground are because of my child, personally I don’t think names should be used to explain something that feels uncomfortable to a child. When the director got back from maternity leave and I addressed some concerns we were personally attacked in an email, even though she said she wanted to open lines of communication. When things got bad I tried reaching out to the department chair, but she didn’t care. For a school that could benefit from having kids with special needs there are some things to learn in regards to inclusion. We were also unenrolled over $50 short pay because they didn’t apply a previous payment until after they chose to unenroll us.
