  • Family owned and operated for over 25yrs, now that is something special! Mrs Ann, Mr Bill, and Mrs Shelly are truly caring individuals that cherish children and their education! My child has been in attendance here for a little over a year and I was hesitant to make the switch at first, but I’m glad that we did. Since attending school here my child has gotten better at letter recognition, counting, and even her social skills have improved significantly. My daughter loves the meals provided here, as they’re all made from scratch. The woman who runs the kitchen really puts an emphasis on health and nutrition, making sure their little bodies have all they need to be successful for a day full of learning! Another really cool thing about this center is that about once a month or so they do an event where the kids of each class complete a project and the parents are able to walk around and look at everyone’s project from that lesson, it’s super cool and interactive- getting the parents more involved in what their children are learning. Overall, this school is so amazing I’m on their waitlist for my second to start with them. If you’re looking for not just a good center, but a GREAT one, schedule your tour today! You won’t regret it!

  • This was the only place around able to take my son on a drop-in basis as his backup day care. Naturally he was uneasy about being around a bunch of new faces, but the staff are wonderful and have a lot of heart. They were very sweet and caring with him, and he ended up really liking it. He'd sometimes be nervous at the start of the day but was always in a great mood when I picked him up.

  • I'm not sure how their child care facility is ran but I would not let these people drive anywhere with my child. I have been cut off by their van two times in the last week and a half. Both times the lady ran a stop sign and I had to break so hard to almost a complete stop. So dangerous for transporting children. I have the videos on my dash cam and will be reporting this to the state.

  • I don't know how things were 5+ years ago, but we've had nothing but good experiences with Children's Haven. Our 2.5 year old and our 1 year old both attend and they are so well loved by their teachers! They learn SO much - they come home knowing the alphabet, numbers, words, songs, and games that we've never taught them. Also, not many daycares provide homemade breakfast every day - it makes our mornings much easier! We were hesitant to take our kids here due to some bad reviews but I can say I'm very happy we checked it out and decided to give it a try.

  • Our kids (3 and 5yo) have been going to Children's Haven since they were 6 months old. We consider ourselves so lucky to have CH in our lives. Front office staff are extremely organized and responsive. Teachers love and care for our kids as if they are their own. We highly recommend CH for anyone looking for a daycare in this area!

  • I grew up at this daycare and both of my kids attend here. The teachers are incredible, they care and love each child. My children learn something new everyday. All staff; teachers and directors are helpful and understanding of each family that comes in.

Questions parents ask about CHILDRENS HAVEN CHILD CARE CENTER

How many infants and toddlers can CHILDRENS HAVEN CHILD CARE CENTER take?

Colorado licenses CHILDRENS HAVEN CHILD CARE CENTER for 20 infants and 27 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.

Who can help me find child care near CHILDRENS HAVEN CHILD CARE CENTER?

CHILDRENS HAVEN CHILD CARE CENTER sits in the area covered by the Denver's Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Denver's ECC. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.

Does CHILDRENS HAVEN CHILD CARE CENTER accept CCCAP child care assistance?

Yes. The state record shows CHILDRENS HAVEN CHILD CARE CENTER authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation means the provider can accept CCCAP families, not that it has a funded place open now, so ask before you apply.
