  • We have our daughter in Discovery Kids Grand Junction and we absolutely love everything about the school, staff, facility, curriculum, all of it. They have really amazing teachers there that are friendly and caring. The office staff is always so welcoming and helpful, the whole school is just wonderful and we wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Our daughter had a hard time with potty training and her teachers have helped her so much through that and with so many other tasks that she is now thriving at! Really amazing school! 10/10

  • Ms.Josy is so wonderful with the Todd 2 group. It’s clear she has a genuine bond with the kids; they light up when they see her. She has such a calm and patient energy that makes the classroom feel so welcoming.

  • We LOVE Discovery Kids! We’ve had such a wonderful experience in Todd 1 and now Todd 2 with Ms. Liz! Ms. Liz is so attentive to the needs of all the children. She keeps us in the loop and our son is learning so much! He will come home telling us about all the new things he did and suddenly have new vocabulary words that he obviously is learning at school. Ms. Liz is such a great teacher that has a true heart for the energetic and independent 2 year olds!

  • I’ve been really impressed with the food. It’s always healthy, well-balanced, and the kids actually love eating it. The teachers also seem to appreciate the variety of the meals. Thank you Rikki and Ethan!! Best chef’s ever 😊🥳

  • When I first went back to work after having kids my biggest worry was reliable childcare. Who could I trust to care for my babies besides me?? Both of my kids are enrolled and I just couldn’t imagine taking them anywhere else! It feels like everyone seriously loves my kids like they’re their own and enjoys their job. I have always felt safe sending my kids knowing they’re cared for well! We love discovery kids!

  • My grandson started preschool last year. Very quickly, I noticed that staff knew his name and greeted him personally—not just his teachers, but office, food service, everyone we encountered on campus. His teachers have been exceptional. They update us daily on how he’s doing and have been caring partners during times of difficulty. He is growing socially and emotionally, and he is gaining confidence as he learns. There is a great balance between hands-on learning and play. This has been an excellent experience and has really helped prepare him for kindergarten. We are beyond grateful for the kindness, generosity, and love Discovery Kids Learning Center staff have offered us. I highly recommend them!

Questions parents ask about DISCOVERY KIDS LEARNING CENTER II

How many infants and toddlers can DISCOVERY KIDS LEARNING CENTER II take?

Colorado licenses DISCOVERY KIDS LEARNING CENTER II for 20 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.

Who can help me find child care near DISCOVERY KIDS LEARNING CENTER II?

DISCOVERY KIDS LEARNING CENTER II sits in the area covered by the Mesa County Partnership for Children & Families and the referral agency Hilltop/Western Colorado. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.

Does DISCOVERY KIDS LEARNING CENTER II accept CCCAP child care assistance?

Yes. The state record shows DISCOVERY KIDS LEARNING CENTER II authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation means the provider can accept CCCAP families, not that it has a funded place open now, so ask before you apply.
