  • My nephew goes here & I absolutely do not like this place even a little... 😒 the pickup/ drop off procedures are ridiculous. The staff has 1 person I can tolerate. Lastly, I'm frustrated that they don't actually care about the children learning. For weeks now they've told me, my mom, & my sister that her son can not go to school because of ALLERGIES. They're keeping him from learning because of a runny nose & allergies. Doctors notes to prove it does nothing. They still refuse to let him learn. 100% for not recommend sending your kiddos here if you want them to learn anything.

  • My daughter has been attending this daycare for two years. Long story short, the current admin and Board of Directors does not care about children and staff wellbeing enough to take concerns seriously. Do not recommend sending your child here until these issues are resolved.

  • My daughter really enjoys going here. She’s been going since last year in the preschool program. She loves her teachers and the staff is nice. I also personally like the staff and teachers and they always keep you updated. They are taking amazing precautions with Covid as well.

  • Great with my child, school oriented structure for all ages.

Questions parents ask about East Side Child Care Center

How many infants and toddlers can East Side Child Care Center take?

Colorado licenses East Side Child Care Center for 8 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.

Who can help me find child care near East Side Child Care Center?

East Side Child Care Center sits in the area covered by the Pueblo Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Childrens First. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.

Does East Side Child Care Center accept CCCAP child care assistance?

Yes. The state record shows East Side Child Care Center authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation means the provider can accept CCCAP families, not that it has a funded place open now, so ask before you apply.
