  • Our daughter has been thriving at Family of Christ CDC since 2023. At four years old, her enthusiasm hasn’t faded—she truly wakes up excited for school every morning. Her current teachers, Ms. Heidi and Ms. Lage, are phenomenal. The level of care, engaging activities, and social-emotional support they provide is truly unmatched. Our daughter will begin the Pre-K program this fall. We are excited to continue to see her excel in preparation for Kindergarten. We couldn’t be happier to be part of such a wonderful community and highly recommend it to any family.

  • We absolutely adore FOCCDC for our kids. The teachers carry a lot of tenure, low turnover, and lots of love for my kiddos. I love getting to see the same teachers who cared for my middle child also see my youngest through all of his milestones. There is so much space for them to play. We’ve been to other childcare centers that have to carve out a closet just to have a small play area. Here they have multiple large outdoor play areas, 3 large indoor gyms, buggies for outdoor strolls, etc. We also appreciate the security here and that business decisions (such as weather closures) respect staff and child safety as well as consideration for working parents. I know that when FOC is closed, we have no business being out. We love it here and so do our kids 🫶🏻

  • Family of Christ was our three year old daughter’s first experience with school and it could not have been better. Mrs. G is the absolute best, my daughter loves her and has learned so much in part-time preschool. We feel so grateful for this amazing place and especially Mrs G showing our kiddo the best introduction to being part of a community and the joys of learning. This is an amazing place for kids! We don’t attend this church but still felt very much a part of the community.

  • This school has been an incredible choice for our family. Both of our children attend and after touring several schools in the area we feel very confident we made the right decision. Our one year old is with Ms Alyson and Ms Dayana and they are so warm, welcoming, and patient especially with our son who sometimes struggles with goodbyes. It is clear they truly care. Our daughter is in Ms Jessika and Ms Kalina’s class and she absolutely loves it. They are great teachers and also very friendly and supportive, and it means so much to hear her talk about how much she loves her teachers and enjoys playing with her friends. Ms Melinda is also wonderful. She is always responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with whenever we I’ve had questions. One of the things we appreciate most is how all the staff greet the kids by name. It is such a thoughtful touch. We highly recommend this school!

  • We’ve had such a positive experience with Family of Christ Child Development Center. From the start, it’s felt like a safe and welcoming place for our child. The added security measures give real peace of mind, and the overall environment is calm, clean, and well cared for. The small student-to-teacher ratio makes a big difference. It’s clear the kids are supported and truly known. The nature-based playground is such a special feature, especially in our beautiful state of Colorado. We also really appreciate having a large indoor gym for days when the weather doesn’t cooperate. The staff have been consistently helpful, flexible, and easy to communicate with. Our child’s teacher, Ms. Julie, in particular, stands out. She’s kind, steady, and creates a classroom that balances structure with warmth. She keeps us informed, works with us when needed, and creates meaningful learning experiences for the kids. We’re really grateful to be part of this school community.

  • We have had such a wonderful experience at Family of Christ Child Development Center. Ms. Heidi and Ms. Lage are truly exceptional teachers who embody everything you’d hope for in early childhood educators. They are patient, nurturing, and incredibly attentive to each child’s individual needs. It’s clear they genuinely care about the children and work hard to support their emotional, social, and academic development in a way that feels natural and encouraging. They create a positive classroom environment that helps kids build confidence, learn routines, develop communication skills, and feel safe and supported every day. The activities are engaging, age-appropriate, and thoughtfully planned, and you can tell there is real intention behind everything they do. The entire staff is also wonderful—friendly, professional, and always welcoming. Communication is great, and as a parent it brings so much peace of mind knowing your child is in capable and caring hands. The center itself is always clean, organized, and feels very safe. We are so grateful to have found a place where our child is happy, thriving, and excited to go each day. Highly recommend!

Questions parents ask about Family of Christ Child Development Ctr

How many infants and toddlers can Family of Christ Child Development Ctr take?

Colorado licenses Family of Christ Child Development Ctr for 42 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.

Who can help me find child care near Family of Christ Child Development Ctr?

Family of Christ Child Development Ctr sits in the area covered by the Alliance for Kids and the referral agency Alliance for Kids. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.

Does Family of Christ Child Development Ctr accept CCCAP child care assistance?

The state record does not show Family of Christ Child Development Ctr authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation is county-administered and can change, so confirm with the provider and your county office.
