Great Campus Retreat for the Adventists. The views are spectacular. There are campus amenities for all those who want to retreat here. The campus staff are kind and helpful.

Otherwise it would be five, but out of fairness..... with that being said, with the high caliber people who ran and worked there when i was a kid, i can image that the experience would be similar today.... the staff and management there were impeccable, the equipment, amenities, buildings, grounds and food were top notch, and the experience was one worth remembering through a lifetime!
Travis Widrick (T Dubb)Jul 17, 2025GVR is near and dear to my heart. It's such a magical place where nature meets all your camping needs. I have stayed in the lodge, cabins and I have camped ( tent) there as well. We go at least twice a year. It's beautiful, well tended and cared for. Kids go every year to their summer camp program which is also inspiring, fun and very educational. Highly recommend.

Whether you’re looking for a Christian Summer Camp for your kids, or a venue to hold an event, as soon you drive into the ranch, and see the view of the lake, you’ll be hooked! It’s located between Nederland and Estes Park, minutes from the Peak-To-Peak Highway. The ranch staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and the property is just beautiful. They have a lodge, which is nothing fancy, but it’s clean and comfortable. The cabins have bunks and are heated. There’s even a “rustic” log cabin you can rent on the lake, that’s very comfortable and has a beautiful view of the lake. They have a full time cook who lives there year round who makes beautiful meals, even when she’s serving a hundred people! If you are looking for a place that will feed your soul just by showing up on the property, this is it!
RebeccaJul 6, 2022I just dropped my 10 year old off at Glacier View Ranch. I am extremely impressed with the team of counselors this year! When i dropped Gage off, he was already asking if he could stay an additional week! I know he is going to have a fabulous time! Thank you to everyone at Glacier View Ranch, especially Keifer, Tyler and Benjamin! The facility looks better than ever with the new paint and roofs!
Rebecca KaiserJun 10, 2018Glacier View Ranch is a beautiful retreat center that is available to groups year round. I was able to work with some amazing individuals this summer running a christian youth program on the ranch. It was an incredible experience for the staff and the youth who attended! If you're looking for a great facility with breathtaking views and a variety of activities, GVR has it all - including a stellar year-round staff!
