  • Harbor ELC has been an amazing place for our baby to receive care and we are so grateful for the team there! Our son started full time daycare at 5 months and the teachers and staff always make us feel he is well taken care of. The infant room accommodates to the baby's schedule and helps first time parents learn the basics! Our son has been there for 7+ months now and is so happy to go to daycare every morning. We can't recommend them enough.

  • We absolutely loved our time at Harbor Early Learning Center. I started bringing my daughter when she was just 6 months old, and as a new mom, I was understandably nervous, but the teachers were incredibly kind and made me feel completely at ease from day one. They provided updates throughout the day, which gave me so much peace of mind. My daughter was always excited to go, and it was amazing to see her come home learning new skills it was so fun to watch her grow and develop. The entire staff is warm and welcoming every time we walked in, they greeted us and made my daughter feel special. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend Harbor Early Learning Center to anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their children.

  • We loved our experience at Harbor! As first time parents there were a lot of emotions leaving your child with someone else. But the whole team is exceptional and made us feel like family. We knew our child was well taken care of every day. It felt like everyone in the building knew our child’s name and eased a lot of the stress knowing he was in such great hands.

  • We recently enrolled our son in preschool at Harbor ELC and we are loving it! The teachers are amazing and our son has been learning so much with the curriculum. He always comes home so excited to tell us about his day and show off his creations. We're really thankful for the program and that they participate in UPK!

Questions parents ask about Harbor Early Learning Center

How many infants and toddlers can Harbor Early Learning Center take?

Colorado licenses Harbor Early Learning Center for 10 infants and 16 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.

Who can help me find child care near Harbor Early Learning Center?

Harbor Early Learning Center sits in the area covered by the Gateway Partnership for Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Child Care Innovations. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.

Does Harbor Early Learning Center accept CCCAP child care assistance?

Yes. The state record shows Harbor Early Learning Center authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation means the provider can accept CCCAP families, not that it has a funded place open now, so ask before you apply.
