My daughter was in the infant class and we had a fantastic experience with KinderCare. All of the staff was warm, inviting, friendly and extremely attentive to my child. Specifically, the infant teacher, Alyssa is far and above any other teacher we have had. She cares so much, she is attentive, her attitude is so positive with how she greeted us each day, she took time to get to know us and my kids (even my oldest that wasn't in her class), she communicated every detail about my daughter's day with me, I could go on and on. But truly a fantastic teacher!
Lesli SharpJan 8, 2026Teachers and admin here are so wonderful and tentative to your children. We had a lovely experience with everybody here. Feeling like our little one was safe at whatever daycare we chose was very important to us, and this KinderCare went above and beyond our expectations.
Colby & Alex McKinneyNov 26, 2025If I could give this center 100 stars I would. I am very picky about daycares after a bad experience in the past (actually at a KinderCare location in Pennsylvania) and toured probably a dozen daycare centers in Loveland & Fort Collins before choosing Horseshoe Lake. The second I met Jacqueline and toured this center, I knew it was going to be a much different & much better experience. I loved the thoughtful set-up of each classroom, it was very clean, and it wasn’t just random toys on the ground with teachers on their phones while kids were screaming (flashback to the Pennsylvania location). My daughters were in the Preschool/Threes and Infant classrooms. Miss Ashley and Miss Kim in Preschool will always hold a special place in my toddler’s heart. They were so gracious with her big feelings, taught her so much, and genuinely cared about her. Miss Alyssa was so attentive to my infant and truly understood where she was at developmentally and would drop whatever she was doing to sit on the ground with her as soon as she arrived in the morning so that she felt comfortable separating from mama. I can’t say enough good things about how much I loved this center, I’d recommend it to every- & anyone.
Jenni MooreSep 24, 2025Our children absolutely love coming here. When I leave I know they are in good hands. Our littles love story time, play time, and most importantly the relationships they have built. They come home and stay consistent with our values as well. I can’t praise them enough for the environment they worked so hard to create here. Keep up the amazing work you all do! We appreciate every single staff here!
Hillary SinselOct 22, 2024The teachers and staff here are wonderful, my daughter looks forward to coming here and playing with her friends everyday! They have so much room for the kids to learn and play.
Kiaya McallisterOct 21, 2024My child has gone here for 3 years and has loved it. We always have peace of mind when spending him to school because we know he is well taken care of. The staff is responsive and friendly!

Questions parents ask about Horseshoe Lake KinderCare
How many infants and toddlers can Horseshoe Lake KinderCare take?
- Colorado licenses Horseshoe Lake KinderCare for 10 infants and 33 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.
Who can help me find child care near Horseshoe Lake KinderCare?
- Horseshoe Lake KinderCare sits in the area covered by the Early Childhood Council of Larimer County and the referral agency ECC of Larimer County. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.
Does Horseshoe Lake KinderCare accept CCCAP child care assistance?
- Yes. The state record shows Horseshoe Lake KinderCare authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation means the provider can accept CCCAP families, not that it has a funded place open now, so ask before you apply.
