We really loved our time at MCHD - Mayfair! Our son felt immediately at home here and the staff is incredibly kind and patient. I honestly couldn't recommend it enough. We are so grateful to everyone here for creating an environment where our son can grow and learn in a safe and caring atmosphere. He made so many friends here and we really felt like we were a part of the community. We love MCHD - Mayfair!
Keaton HerzerJul 28, 2026Our family has been part of MCHD Mayfair Campus for the past four years (toddler and primary classrooms), and we highly recommend it. The teachers are warm, patient, thoughtful, and genuinely care about the children. Over the years, we’ve watched both of our daughters grow in confidence, independence, and kindness, and develop a love of learning. We are grateful for the strong foundation MCHD has given our daughters during these important early years, and we know they are well prepared for kindergarten because of everything they learned and experienced here!
Sarah BurnsJun 29, 2026Both of our children (ages 4 and 5) have attended MCHD Mayfair since they were 18 months old. We have been so impressed by the dedicated staff who have supported our kids through various ups and downs and have helped them become thoughtful, confident kindergarten ready kids! The teachers genuinely care about the kids development as evident at each parent-teacher conference from the early toddler milestones to later when learning their letters and numbers. We are beyond grateful for the early education this school has provided our kids!
Marlowe CrownJun 24, 2026Montessori Children’s House of Denver has been such a wonderful experience for our son. His independence has grown, he’s well above age level in several areas, and the teachers support his interests while ensuring he’s spending time exploring all the work stations. We couldn’t be happier!
Hollis JenningsFeb 12, 2026Both of our kids have been in both the toddler and primary classrooms, starting in 2021. We’ve loved this campus (Mayfair) in particular because of the consistency and dedication of the teachers and campus leadership, with very little turnover (if any really). Our oldest is now in kindergarten at a DPS charter school and has been well prepared. The community as a whole - the staff plus other families - is welcoming, warm, and supportive.
Liz SomesJan 7, 2026We couldn’t be happier with our experience at MCHD. This was our daughter’s very first time attending school, and as first-time parents navigating that transition, we truly couldn’t have asked for a better environment for her to begin her learning journey. The teachers are absolutely amazing — caring, patient, and incredibly attentive. It’s clear how much they genuinely love and respect the children, and we feel completely confident knowing our daughter is in such capable, nurturing hands each day. She has grown so much socially, emotionally, and in her independence since starting here. Communication from the school has also been wonderful. We always feel informed, supported, and included, which has made this new experience so reassuring and positive for our family. The staff is approachable, responsive, and thoughtful, and they truly partner with parents. We absolutely love this school and are so grateful to be part of such a warm, intentional, and supportive Montessori community. We highly recommend MCHD to any family looking for a nurturing and enriching first school experience for their child.

Questions parents ask about Montessori Children's House Denver
How many infants and toddlers can Montessori Children's House Denver take?
- Colorado licenses Montessori Children's House Denver for 10 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.
Who can help me find child care near Montessori Children's House Denver?
- Montessori Children's House Denver sits in the area covered by the Denver's Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Denver's ECC. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.
Does Montessori Children's House Denver accept CCCAP child care assistance?
- The state record does not show Montessori Children's House Denver authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation is county-administered and can change, so confirm with the provider and your county office.
