  • Preschool B stands out because of the quality of its teachers and environment. Ms. Kelly is creative and intentional with her lesson planning — activities rotate monthly and keep the kids genuinely engaged (recent highlights: sensory reptile/wood table, tunnel systems, and a cardboard doghouse!). Ms. Jasmine is attentive and communicates development milestones clearly, which is reassuring as an older brother. The classroom itself is well-designed with dedicated zones for play, eating, quiet time, and learning. The center is well-run, and the friendships and community my little brother has found here have been just as important as the academics. Two great teachers, one great classroom.

  • Preschool B is truly special! Ms. Kelly and Ms. Jasmine are exceptional teachers who genuinely care about every child. The classroom has an amazing indoor play area packed with learning opportunities — a pretend kitchen, building centers, a sensory table that changes weekly, and even a class fish! The diversity of the kids and the friendships our grandson is building here are priceless. The center is very well managed and it shows in every detail. Highly recommend!

  • I’m a proud grandparent and I have to brag about Preschool B! Every time I visit, I’m amazed at how well-organized and warm the classroom is. Ms. Kelly and Ms. Jasmine clearly love what they do — you can see it in how the children interact with them. The indoor play area is incredible: a little kitchen, a car road carpet, cozy cubbies, a sensory table, building toys, and even a classroom fish the kids adore! The center is beautifully managed and the diversity among the children is wonderful to see. Our grandson is thriving here and we are so grateful!

  • We absolutely love Preschool B and are so grateful for Ms. Kelly and Ms. Jasmine! The classroom is thoughtfully designed with so many engaging spaces — a kitchen, reading corners, a car carpet area, circle time, and cozy cubbies for quiet moments. The variety of toy centers (Legos, magnetic tiles, letters, numbers) keeps the kids learning through play every day. The sensory table rotates weekly, and the monthly activity themes like tunnels, pipes, and the cardboard doghouse are so creative. Ms. Kelly puts real thought into every activity she prepares, and Ms. Jasmine’s observations and development feedback are incredibly valuable as our little one gets ready for pre-K. Our son loves going to school every single day — and that says everything!

  • As a parent, what matters most to me is that my child is happy, safe, and growing — and Preschool B delivers on all three. Ms. Jasmine provides thoughtful, detailed feedback on our son’s development that helps us understand how he’s progressing toward pre-K. Ms. Kelly designs activities that are genuinely engaging and educational, from rotating sensory tables to varied toy centers like magnetic tiles, Legos, and letter/number stations. The classroom setup — with family-style eating tables, individual lockers, and different learning zones — feels like a real little community. We couldn’t be happier.

  • We are so happy with our time at New Horizons. Our son continues to thrive, grow and learn with each new classroom. He loves his new preschool class with Ms Kelly and Ms Jasmine. We are so thankful to find this school for him!

Questions parents ask about New Horizon Academy

How many infants and toddlers can New Horizon Academy take?

Colorado licenses New Horizon Academy for 20 infants and 48 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.

Who can help me find child care near New Horizon Academy?

New Horizon Academy sits in the area covered by the Weld County’s Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Promises for Children. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.

Does New Horizon Academy accept CCCAP child care assistance?

Yes. The state record shows New Horizon Academy authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation means the provider can accept CCCAP families, not that it has a funded place open now, so ask before you apply.
