We've had a wonderful experience at New Horizon Academy! Both of our children attend, and we couldn't be happier with the care and education they receive. Our son started in the infant room when he was just 16 weeks old, and it's been amazing to watch him grow and thrive. He's now in the toddler room, and every transition has been smooth thanks to the caring, attentive teachers and staff. Our daughter absolutely loves the Twos classroom! She comes home excited to share what she's learned each day, and it's clear how much her teachers genuinely care about helping her learn, play, and build confidence. The staff creates a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where our kids are excited to go each morning. We truly appreciate the communication, kindness, and dedication of everyone at New Horizon Academy. We highly recommend it to any family looking for exceptional childcare and early education!
Kara PetersonJul 28, 2026Our daughter’s first experience in childcare has been amazing thanks to Ms. Emerson, Ms. Anne, and Ms. Olga! We weren’t sure how she would adjust, but she quickly made friends and now absolutely loves going every day. The teachers are so caring and supportive, and it shows—she never wants to come home at the end of the day! Katelyn and Brittany in the front always makes us feel so welcome and make sure all the children are safe. We’re so grateful for such a wonderful preschool experience. Highly recommend!
Brittany FoxApr 20, 2026So happy with the care our toddler receives at New Horizon! He started here during a period of peak separation anxiety, and I was worried about how he would adjust. We needed to move him from his previous at-home daycare (where he’d been since he was 10 months old) to accommodate longer hours for our work schedules. Katelyn, Brittany, and all the amazing teachers ensured he was comfortable, cared for, and cuddled! Now, he runs to the door, excited for the day’s activities, especially circle time, outdoor play, and meals. He even naps so well there! A special shoutout to Ms. Adamari for being the first to help our son adjust to his new environment. We love all the art he brings home and the variety of foods he gets to enjoy at "school." The facility is beautiful, with high-quality toys both indoors and out, but the people really make the difference. We are so happy with our choice!

From the directors to the teachers to the awesome families that surround us, we are so blessed to be apart of such a great community! Katelyn and Brittany make sure all the kids are safe and loved!! Jocelyn QuinonezMar 5, 2026New horizon has been amazing! I am a first time mom so of course sending my baby (who also has a medical condition) was very scary to me. After talking with Katelyn during our initial search I felt so comfortable having my child there. I even met some of his teachers the day I toured. My kiddo has been going there since December and its been wonderful! He started in the infants class with Ms.Mickey and Ms.Ashley. They were wonderful with him and have been very cautious of his medical condition! I love the procare app that gives updates and pictures of my kiddo. Ms.Adamari is now his teacher as he moved to the toddler department and he loves her! Every morning when I drop him off he doesnt cry and immediately goes to her. This place is just truly amazing. Brittany (admin upfront) is so sweet and very welcoming in person and over the phone. I feel very welcomed coming in and love that I can ask them any questions I have and just overall how the day has been. They truly feel like a second family to us.
VanessaMar 5, 2026This is a wonderful addition to our Thornton community. When you walk in the school is undeniably beautiful and designed with children in mind. Katelyn and Brittany were my first point of contact, professional, knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. Last but absolutely not least their amazing teaching staff! As a new school it is nice to see that staffing is handled with consistency and care. We see the same teachers daily, get great communication through their Procare app and child comes home tired from and all the fun and learning but happy. We will forever sing the praises of this school to anyone listening.
