Orchard Valley Learning Center provides a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for children. The staff is caring, professional, and dedicated to helping each child learn and grow. I truly appreciate the positive atmosphere and the attention given to every child. A wonderful place for learning and development — highly recommended!
Maxwell CastilloJul 26, 2026My son was there for a short period of time and he hated it, I didn’t understand why but when I got more information from him I understood. He wasn’t taken care of! The person in charge seemed like she hated her job and was just there because it payed her bills. The admin tried to make it better by putting him in another class but i refused since something like that just shouldn’t even happen in the first place and the admin mention how great the teacher is so it felt like my experience was not important. He is now in a part time school and loves it, he’s thriving and adores his teacher. It was definitely this environment.
Andrea MichaelisNov 12, 2025Before having kids, I never realized how important choosing the right childcare would be. But it didn’t take long to know that enrolling at Orchard Valley was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. When our oldest runs through the hallways, every single employee — and I truly mean every one — greets him by name and gives him the biggest hug. Each time one of our boys moves up to a new class, I get emotional wondering how the next one could possibly top the last. And yet, somehow, every chapter here becomes just as special and memorable. Orchard Valley isn’t just a daycare — it’s a true school. Our boys come home saying, doing, or signing things that we know come directly from their teachers’ incredible guidance. They’ve learned so much, from motor and social skills to building friendships that will last a lifetime. When we pull up each morning, our son shouts, “Yay, we’re home!” And that’s exactly what Orchard Valley has become — their second home. We’re so grateful for the love, care, and education our children receive here. Even though our youngest has just turned one, I’m already getting emotional thinking about the day we’ll have to “graduate” both boys. We simply can’t say enough wonderful things about Orchard Valley.
Valerie PeterselliNov 4, 2025Our kid has been here for a year and half now and we're very happy with the whole place. The admin staff are warm and welcoming, the teachers are attentive, keep the kiddos engaged in activities, and open to sharing and receiving feedback. The facility itself is well kept. And the cost of care is very reasonable. I highly recommend this team and daycare to others.
Noland ForsytheAug 28, 2025PARENTS BEWARE! Please please read this before making a decision on sending your child here. Please read to the end to hear about the most egregious thing they did, but I will start with the issues I encountered while my son was enrolled. 1. In 18 months my 4year old son had 4 different teachers. This place is a constant rotation of teachers which makes it difficult for a child to have to constantly get used to new routines. 2. He was also moved to 3 different classrooms in 9 months. Do you know how difficult that is for a 4 year old to make friends and then keep ripping them away and forcing them to establish new relationships 3. My son was bitten 3 times by another student in a 9-month period, and while I understand there is a policy of not identifying the child, they wouldn’t even confirm the child was removed from the classroom or that there was any process to ensure it didn’t happen again. Only after the 3rd time I threatened to file a police report because 3 times is ridiculous did they agree to remove the child from the classroom. 4. The “teachers” don’t arrive till 9am and they leave around 3pm. When you factor in an hour lunch, outdoor play and two-hour nap, the actual instruction time for your child is roughly 3 hours a day. 5. Since the teachers aren’t there when you drop off or pick up your child it is almost impossible to get regular updates on your child’s progress except for the once a semester parent/teacher meeting. 6. For 5 days a week at the facility you will pay nearly $2,000 month, which really just makes it an overpriced daycare. 7. If you want your child to participate in any activity beyond the playground, be prepared to add an additional $250 month so your child can learn to play basketball, soccer, or dance. Now for the absolute worst and completely ugly actions of this facility. I am a single father, raising my son full-time completely on my own. I am extremely involved in his life, and was also extremely involved in various volunteer opportunities at the school. I was no stranger to the teachers and staff. Exactly 24 hours after I gave the facility notice I was taking my son out of the school; they called Child Protective Services and made an accusation regarding a single red mark on my son’s head. A red mark! Not a bruise, black eye, cut, scratch or anything else. If you have a 4-year-old boy you know that they are quite active and red marks and bruises are almost a daily occurrence. They have known me for 18 months and watched how loving and dedicated father I was, and just 24 hours after I withdraw my son a phone call is made to CPS? Pretty suspicious! Thankfully, the CPS representative was more then reasonable and even called the complaint and lack of supporting documentation, “one of the most unsupported and absurd complaints I have received.” Nonetheless, I welcomed CPS to my house and 15 minutes after meeting my son and seeing the loving home he is in, they closed the case. Thankfully, she also planned to file a report with her supervisor to investigate the facility once I told her that this facility suspiciously filed the complaint one day after I withdrew my son. This review is my own opinion and may not be the experience of other parents but I believe it is my civic duty to share my experience as I would hate to see another family go through what I went through. If you encountered a same or similar situation in any of the facilities owned by this family please reach out to me as my attorney has discovered several other families with a similar experiences upon withdrawing their child and a class-action lawsuit is eminent.
Blake DMay 20, 2025We have had our kids here for the past 2 years and have been so thrilled with our switch from Goddard. The teachers and staff are all amazing, they provide healthy food for the kids, and their events are always so well-organized and fun! Our kids have learned so much and truly enjoy going to school. I can't say enough good things about OVLC, our experience has been wonderful!

How many infants and toddlers can ORCHARD VALLEY LEARNING CENTER take?

Who can help me find child care near ORCHARD VALLEY LEARNING CENTER?

Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.
Does ORCHARD VALLEY LEARNING CENTER accept CCCAP child care assistance?
- The state record does not show ORCHARD VALLEY LEARNING CENTER authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation is county-administered and can change, so confirm with the provider and your county office.
