  • We absolutely adore Parker Landing. All of the staff are phenomenal and so incredibly supportive. I am so grateful and thankful to have a place that I can take my child where I know she is loved and cared for. My daughter has some medical needs that can make her care challenging, and Parker Landing goes above and beyond to be sure that I am feeling comfortable with her care and know that she is taken care of.

  • We’re coming up on two years at Parker Landing, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about the owners and staff. Everyone there knows who my child is — and who I am — and that level of personal connection means the world to our family. It gives us complete peace of mind knowing our son is safe, cared for, and truly seen while we’re at work. Katrina and Kristy make Parker Landing feel like a second “home”. They always go above and beyond and have continuously partnered with our family whenever we needed support. Their attentiveness and willingness to help in any situation is something we deeply appreciate. Our son has now been in three classrooms as he’s transitioned from the 2s to Pre-K, and every single teacher has been phenomenal. Communication is always consistent, thoughtful, and informative — from updates on his day to areas we may want to pay extra attention to. We’ve always felt fully included and supported. As someone who previously worked inside daycare centers years ago (the big-name ones — you know the ones I’m talking about), I was very particular about where my child would go. Choosing Parker Landing was the best decision we could have made. They exceed expectations in every way. We will miss them dearly when our son starts Kindergarten in the fall. If you’re looking for a school with an incredible team, a safe and loving environment, and people who truly care, you will not regret choosing Parker Landing!

  • Never easy to entrust your toddler to a daycare but Parker Landing CDC is the best! Ms Camilla is the best teacher we can find for my son :) Professional, caring and kind. So as all the other teachers and staffs we met! We also see a lot of activities they do and pictures they have in day time through the app. Communication is great

  • The staff is very personable and knows who my child is and who I am. They always greet us every morning and evening with the kindest words and smiles. It makes me feel like my son is in a caring and kind environment. Mrs Susan and Mrs Bertha are the kindest teachers and so patient and supporting to my son. They are helping him adjust to daycare life again with love and support. Wonderful environment!!

  • Parker Landing has been an absolute godsend for our family. For years I was terrified at the thought of putting my kids into childcare, but putting our kids in this school was the best decision we ever made. Not only the teachers, but the entire staff, treat our children as if they were their own. We have a preschooler and an 18 month old in their classrooms and both of our kids look forward to going to school every day and miss their teachers every weekend. Their days are filled with learning, activities and the socialization and attention that they need. The communication is amazing, and we get updates throughout the day including pictures, which completely settled my anxiety from day 1! The administration has been completely supportive of my transition as a parent to my kids being away, and incredibly flexible and thoughtful throughout the process. I wish we would have found Parker Landing sooner, we are grateful everyday for this extraordinary, caring team!

  • 5 Stars – Welcoming, Loving, and Exactly What We Needed! We recently joined Parking Landing Daycare and have been blown away by how welcoming and supportive the entire team has been. We have a toddler who was previously in a home daycare, and we were a bit nervous about transitioning to a center—but it has been the best decision we’ve made. He’s absolutely thriving here! We also have an infant, and I was especially anxious about her being in a larger setting. But from day one, it was clear how loved and well cared for she is. The staff is incredibly nurturing, attentive, and communicative—they’ve truly become like family to us. We’re so grateful to have found such a genuine and caring environment for our children!

Questions parents ask about Parker Landing Child Development Center

How many infants and toddlers can Parker Landing Child Development Center take?

Colorado licenses Parker Landing Child Development Center for 18 infants and 42 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.

Who can help me find child care near Parker Landing Child Development Center?

Parker Landing Child Development Center sits in the area covered by the Douglas County Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Child Care Innovations. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.

Does Parker Landing Child Development Center accept CCCAP child care assistance?

The state record does not show Parker Landing Child Development Center authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation is county-administered and can change, so confirm with the provider and your county office.
