  • Such a wonderful place. We feel so cared for as a family and not just a number. We love how present the owner/directors are and the teachers seem to love what they do.

  • Since the very first day our daughter has loved her time at school. She's eager to go in the mornings and reluctant to leave in the afternoons and always tells me "I had the best day today". She's made lots of friends and loves her teachers. I believe that the structure provided by the excellent and caring staff has made all the difference in the world - it's easy to see that a lot of planning, thought, and execution goes into the lesson and activity schedule. We really couldn't be more pleased with the program offered at Primrose Shadow Canyon, and we know that the educational foundation being laid by the staff at Primrose will serve our daughter well throughout all her future years regarding how she perceives going to school.

  • My wife and I highly recommend this school in Highlands Ranch, which has been a cornerstone of our children's educational journey so far. Both our daughters have thrived here, with our youngest currently still enrolled here. From the beginning, the atmosphere of warmth and professionalism among the staff has been remarkable. Each teacher demonstrates a genuine dedication to their role, fostering not only academic growth but also a deep sense of care for each child. Our positive interactions over the past three years, starting from the infant room and progressing through subsequent room levels, have consistently reinforced our confidence in the school. The administrative team and owners are extremely helpful and positive, contributing significantly to the school's welcoming atmosphere. The fact that our daughters eagerly anticipate attending each day is a testament to the school's excellence. Furthermore, the curriculum is meticulously designed, and the regular updates, complete with photos, provide valuable insights for parents. This level of communication underscores the school's commitment to transparency and parental engagement. I wholeheartedly recommend it to parents seeking an enriching educational experience for their children.

  • We enrolled my son, Caleb, for the pre-K program and he has absolutely loved it. He made friends, he’s learning to read. His teachers have been there for years and are really wonderful. I was planning to pull him for the summer because schools over but for the summer, they planned field trips around Denver, and he asked to stay. He comes home tired and happy every day, filled with stories about what they did. I can’t think of a single negative we encountered in the past year. We sent our baby here for the past year or so now and its been wonderful. She struts in everyday. They managed to get her on a schedule, get her napping every day. I say that the baby room people are magicians.

  • We love this place, and perhaps more importantly, our 2 year old loves it. She tells me that "school fun" every day when I pick her up. They are organized, communicate well about what's going on with our daughter, and it's just very obvious how much they care about providing a good experience for her...and us...because we are the ones footing the bill after all...haha :) They also respond in a timely manner to all of my concerns...which I really appreciate, especially since I'm probably "that" parent. They were willing to accommodate cloth diapers and our particular dietary choices (no animal products, no artificial flavors or dyes, minimal added sugar). The only change I would make is that I would love to be allowed to pack her lunch and snacks, rather than always needing to have them substitute items for her because so many things contain milk (why?!?) or have a ton of sugar added. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Primrose. We've had nothing but a positive experience.

The state record does not show Primrose School at Shadow Canyon authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation is county-administered and can change, so confirm with the provider and your county office.
