This place is great and the staff is very friendly! When I first dropped my daughter off over a year ago, I was super nervous because she was so small and this was all new to us, but from the very first day, I knew she would be in great hands. And I was right. She has learned so much in the last year that she has attended here. I can’t believe how much she knows! Everyday she surprises me with something new and it’s all thanks to Primrose Sterling Ranch. We definitely recommend this place to other parents. You will not regret it!

Every single teacher at the school is wonderful and genuinely cares about each child’s growth and development. When we drop them off, we always feel confident knowing they are in such caring and capable hands. It’s not just the teachers, though—the entire Primrose team is incredible. Every staff member goes above and beyond to create a nurturing, supportive environment where the children can truly thrive. We are so grateful for everything they do!

He enjoys going to school and the updates we receive throughout the day help to keep us connected. Overall, we are very happy with the progress and he is learning new things all the time. I’d recommend Primrose SR to others based on our experience.

The owners, Mike and Mandy, have been extremely accommodating to our family’s needs throughout the years. Not only are the teachers very in tune with each child but the entire administration knows each child individually, which makes me feel good as a parent. Highly recommend.

Both kids love their teachers and I can tell their teachers genuinely care for them. Leadership has been great—they go out of their way to make sure parents are happy and the kids are well taken care of. The chef is fantastic and honestly she makes me look bad because my kids like the food there better than they do at home. Primrose SR has been a wonderful school and I’m grateful my kids can be there all the way through Pre-K!

My children love the school, their teachers, and their friends and they have learned so much here! There has been a good deal of staff turn over but I very much believe this to be part of the industry and growing pains of a relatively new school. The owner has always been friendly and communicative with us and addressed any small questions or concerns promptly and efficiently. The school right now seems to have a great leadership team in place and it certainly shows. We are very happy here and hope other families have the same experience as us!
