  • We have had a great experience at Primrose Candelas. Our kiddos have had great care from the teachers and leadership staff and we have loved seeing them learn and grow. We appreciate the structure curriculum while also giving them opportunity to be creative, play outside and more. Additionally, the meals cooked are a huge perk and it’s gets our kiddos to try new foods they may not normally eat at home. We are so appreciative and thankful for Primrose and love sending our kiddos here! Thanks Primrose Candelas :)

  • I would encourage parents do to their research before entrusting Primrose Candelas. We made the decision to unenroll our child from the care of Primrose following a series of leadership failures involving child safety. We expressed the concerns directly to the owner, Fiza, and Director, Brittani. However, these concerns, listed below, were not taken seriously as basic measures - such as increased parent communication and information about who is in the classroom with the children- were not taken by leadership (even though they were promised). All of this is well documented. Leadership’s admission in a recorded teams call of their awareness that teachers were “yelling” (which they later corrected to “speaking loudly”) at the children. At least two recent instances involving Child Protective Services where leadership hired teachers who committed reportable offenses of known or suspected child abuse or neglect while inside the building. Leadership’s “standard policy” that they do not inform parents of who is in the classroom with the children in order to prevent “back and forth communication” Additionally, it is also relevant that Primrose was previously on probation with the State of Colorado, experiences significant teacher and leadership turnover, and hired a team member in active substance abuse withdrawal necessitating emergency response to report to the school. I would strongly advise any parent to do their research before trusting their child to the care of Primrose.

  • We have been at Primrose Candelas for nearly two years with kids in the infant, toddler, preschool, and summer camp levels. The teachers have been wonderful---very attentive and caring with all the kids and showing genuine concern for their wellbeing and development. The administration demonstrates that, too, and I feel comfortable talking about any concerns or support we might need. The admin always welcome us by name and show excitement to see the kids every morning. Our kids are very happy at Primrose Candelas!

  • We are so incredibly happy with primrose candelas. We moved here from another local daycare after our daughter’s health issues continued to be ignored. We have been here for about 2.5 years now and we are so happy we changed. Ms. Brittani is an incredible director both in the way she manages the teachers and facility but also how she works with parents. I always feel welcome and the front staff is always there to greet us by name with a smile. The teachers all look happy to be there and are engaged with the kids. The center is very clean and colorful. My daughter is happy and thriving and learning. For how much childcare costs these days I kind of expect more than just my child to be kept alive and primrose candelas makes me feel like my child matters and she is learning and engaged with. I have worked in childcare centers at times in my life and this is the best one by far!

  • We’ve had an excellent experience at Primrose. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly passionate about their work. My child has thrived in this supportive, fun, and educational environment. The facility is clean, safe, and well-organized, with plenty of outdoor play opportunities. I love the regular updates and photos, which make me feel connected and reassured. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a caring, nurturing place for their little one!

  • We love Primrose Candelas. They have done great work with our little gal, she is in the young infants room. The teachers are absolutely wonderful and leadership is fantastic too. Everyone knows how hard it is to leave a little infant for the first time and they made it as positive as possible. Our girl loves going to school. I couldn’t be happier!

Questions parents ask about Primrose School @ Candelas

How many infants and toddlers can Primrose School @ Candelas take?

Colorado licenses Primrose School @ Candelas for 27 infants and 47 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.

Who can help me find child care near Primrose School @ Candelas?

Primrose School @ Candelas sits in the area covered by the Gateway Partnership for Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Child Care Innovations. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.

Does Primrose School @ Candelas accept CCCAP child care assistance?

The state record does not show Primrose School @ Candelas authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation is county-administered and can change, so confirm with the provider and your county office.
