We have been part of the Primrose at Ken Caryl family since my kids were infants, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this school. My youngest is currently 4 and still attending, and my oldest just started kindergarten — and the difference Primrose made is so clear. My kindergartener absolutely excelled from day one, and I truly credit that to the incredible foundation and “jump start” she received at Primrose. She went into kindergarten confident, prepared, and excited to learn, which says everything about the curriculum and the teachers who supported her along the way. The staff at Primrose Ken Caryl has always felt like an extension of our family. The teachers genuinely care about the children, communication is excellent, and I’ve always felt complete trust knowing my kids were safe, loved, and learning every day. We are so grateful for the years we’ve spent here and would recommend Primrose at Ken Caryl without hesitation to any family looking for a nurturing, high-quality early education experience.
Abby BroganFeb 10, 2026Great experience. We had our oldest kiddo there 2-ongoing (she’s 4.5), and our youngest 3mos old ongoing. Teachers Michele, Meghan, Ray, Greyson, Jesica, Cindy have all been amazing! We haven’t liked the turnover with some other teachers but there are veterans in each room that are fantastic. My kiddos are social, smart and truly enjoy school days. Highly recommend
Lauren BoehmFeb 2, 2026We couldn’t be happier with Primrose! From day one, it’s been clear that Primrose is truly special. Every teacher is warm, attentive, and genuinely care about every child as if they were their own. Our kiddo is excited to go each morning and comes home happy, confident, and always smiling which we didn’t have at our previous center. The environment is clean, safe, and thoughtfully set up for learning and play. Our kid has allergies and they are on top of it all and ensure he is safe at every possible minute he is there. The activities are engaging and age-appropriate, and we love how much emphasis they place on social skills, creativity, and emotional development—not just babysitting, but real growth. Communication with parents is excellent. We always feel informed, reassured, and included, which makes such a difference as a parent. It gives us total peace of mind knowing our child is in such capable, loving hands. Choosing a daycare was hard and Primrose was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our family. We are incredibly grateful for everything they do and would recommend this daycare without hesitation to anyone looking for a nurturing, high-quality place for their child.
Ashley HartnettFeb 2, 2026Our son started at Primrose when he was one year old. The transition seemed daunting at first, given his late start, but the entire staff at Primrose made the transition so seamless. They have been nothing but amazing ever since we started. They are caring, while being very organized. Our son loves all of his teachers and they do such a great job integrating lessons and play. I cannot recommend Primrose of Ken Caryl enough!
karissa riffelFeb 2, 2026I am so happy we found Primrose School of Ken Caryl. I instantly knew this was the perfect match for our children’s care and education. The atmosphere, curriculum, staff, purposeful play and happy hearts character development are unmatched. I would highly recommend this high quality, nurturing learning environment. My kids have been well prepared and ready for kindergarten and miss the entire staff at Primrose dearly.
Elizabeth ArthurFeb 1, 2026We highly recommend Primrose School of Ken Caryl. There are a lot of hard working people who have contributed to the growth of our son over the years. The team is engaged in our son's care/progress and has been easy to communicate with. We also have enjoyed the annual holiday performance that that the school puts on. Another bonus is that the school provides meals and snacks, so one less thing to worry about in the morning (not all schools do this). Primrose School of KC also has fewer scheduled closed days than some of the other schools we looked at, which was very important to us as working parents. Thank you!

Questions parents ask about Primrose School of Ken Caryl
How many infants and toddlers can Primrose School of Ken Caryl take?
- Colorado licenses Primrose School of Ken Caryl for 16 infants and 50 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.
Who can help me find child care near Primrose School of Ken Caryl?
- Primrose School of Ken Caryl sits in the area covered by the Gateway Partnership for Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Child Care Innovations. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.
Does Primrose School of Ken Caryl accept CCCAP child care assistance?
- Yes. The state record shows Primrose School of Ken Caryl authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation means the provider can accept CCCAP families, not that it has a funded place open now, so ask before you apply.
