THE WORST DAYCARE EVER!!!! Pls don’t allow your kids here!
Not Ur Ordinary CleaningJul 7, 2026Major concerns regarding legal compliance and safety I highly recommend avoiding Rising Star Early Learning Center. My experience here has been fraught with professional negligence. The facility enrolled my son without verifying legal standing or parental authorization, in direct violation of a court-ordered allocation of parental responsibilities. Communication is severely outdated; they do not use modern software for reporting. Instead, they rely on inconsistent, handwritten notes sent via text. More alarmingly, I raised documented concerns regarding my child's well-being that were ignored, suggesting a failure to adhere to mandated reporter laws. Throughout my interactions, the staff showed a clear lack of respect for paternal rights and was consistently dismissive. Save yourself the stress and find a facility that follows legal protocols and values both parents.
Esoteric QualityFeb 12, 2026Such kind folks and caring. My daughter loves going to school with them and even made some really great friends as have I as a single mother.
Mary PolickJul 20, 2025We loved sending our child to Rising Star Daycare! The teachers were incredibly kind and loved our child like he was their own. We also appreciated that our child was surrounded by a diverse group of students and staff during such important early years. We will definitely be sending our youngest there in the future. Highly recommend!
Jacob StechmeyerOct 8, 2024My son went to Rising Star from 18months to Kindergarten. He just started Kindy today and the teachers said he may even be ready for 1st grade!! Besides academics, Rising Star also excelled on teaching my kiddo the importance of community, emotion management and expression, and just simply cared so much for him and our family over the years. I cannot thank this team enough for everything they have done!!
Kati LandoltAug 16, 2023I love this daycare. My kids also did. The staff was so attentive to my children's needs. Rising star Early learning Center is very genuine. I highly recommend them.

Questions parents ask about Rising Star Early Learning Center
How many infants and toddlers can Rising Star Early Learning Center take?
- Colorado licenses Rising Star Early Learning Center for 20 infants and 29 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.
Who can help me find child care near Rising Star Early Learning Center?
- Rising Star Early Learning Center sits in the area covered by the Arapahoe County Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Child Care Innovations. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.
Does Rising Star Early Learning Center accept CCCAP child care assistance?
- Yes. The state record shows Rising Star Early Learning Center authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation means the provider can accept CCCAP families, not that it has a funded place open now, so ask before you apply.
