  • Wonderful daycare! Our daughter grew up there and still remembers all the beautiful memories she shared with the staff and friends. The care, love, and attention they gave her truly made a lasting impact on her life. We’re so grateful for everything they’ve done and highly recommend them to any family.

  • The teachers here are all incredibly kind and loving. My son started here at age two, and it took him less than a week to feel completely comfortable and excited to go each day. Their hours are great with very limited closures, which has been a huge help with my full-time work schedule. Drop off and pick up is super convenient, and communication with the owner is always easy. I originally came here based on referrals from other families who had nothing but positive things to say—and now I can say the same!

  • We’ve been part of the Step-by-Step Learning Center family for over two years now, and we are so grateful for the love and care Ms. Ghada and her team provide our children. Our son thrives here, and now our baby girl—who started at just 4 months old. Both kiddos are happy, safe, and loved each day. It’s a small, neighborhood daycare that truly feels like an extension of our home. The homemade meals are a wonderful touch, and while the exterior may not look fancy, the warmth and attention inside are unmatched. They also host fun events throughout the year that help bring families together and make us feel connected. We’re so thankful for this special place!

  • We can’t imagine a better place or better people to care for our children. We have been with Ghada for four years at this point with our second baby starting at 5 months and I trust them completely. We love our step by step family!

  • My children have been at SBS since Jan 2021 and we absolutely love it! Ghada and all of the teachers are wonderful, loving, and have become like family to us. They truly love the children that they care for and all of the families as well. It is evident by the fact that our children love going to school every day so they can be with their teachers and friends. We have also built a supportive community of Sunnyside, Berkeley, and Sloan's Lake families that is a fantastic bonus. I do not know anyone else in Denver who has a better childcare situation and I truly cannot recommend SBS enough.

  • Both of my kiddos started here when they were 16 weeks old, and it has been an amazing experience! It is a small place with only 1 room for each age, which gives the kids more individualized attention. They provide breakfast, lunch and a snack for the toddlers and big kids. The teachers treat the kids so well, and the community of kids and parents is one of a kind! Ghada and all of the teachers take great care of the kids and it shows! My daughters are both happy when I drop them off and when I pick them up. We LOVE Step by Step!

Questions parents ask about STEP BY STEP LEARNING CENTER

How many infants and toddlers can STEP BY STEP LEARNING CENTER take?

Colorado licenses STEP BY STEP LEARNING CENTER for 6 infants and 13 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.

Who can help me find child care near STEP BY STEP LEARNING CENTER?

STEP BY STEP LEARNING CENTER sits in the area covered by the Denver's Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Denver's ECC. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.

Does STEP BY STEP LEARNING CENTER accept CCCAP child care assistance?

The state record does not show STEP BY STEP LEARNING CENTER authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation is county-administered and can change, so confirm with the provider and your county office.
