Superior Baby Care

I enrolled my son here back in October 2025. I have nothing but nice things to say about Nicole and Superior Baby Care. My son loves everyone there, and seems to be happy throughout the day. I especially like the photos we receive throughout the day of our kiddo playing and having fun. I did have a concern or two, but Nicole has been amazing at communicating with me. Whenever I have an issue or misunderstanding, she is patient and great at hearing me out. I feel she goes the extra mile to make sure we as parents are just as comfortable in this process as our little kiddos. I wish I could say more great things about this place. I'm at peace knowing my son is cared for by Nicole and her team.

This place is wonderful! We sent our two year old to the toddler room and our baby has been there since she was 3 months old. Anytime you take a 3 month old is hard but the caregivers there gave her lots of snuggles and posted a ton of pictures. She is now a big girl sitting up and eating food and SBC has helped her hit all her milestones. She gets the BIGGEST smile on her face when I bring her in the mornings and reaches for whoever is there that morning. She absolutely loves it there which makes me feel good dropping her off! My toddler is autistic and really thrived there. She loved going to the park across the street each day. She’s a runner but the caregivers kept a really close eye and she never got away from them so they’re on top of things! They also didn’t put big demands on her and gave her the freedom she needed while still providing structure to her day. Their toddler room also has smaller ratios than a lot of daycares, many have 1:7 once kids hit 2.5 and the 1:5 ratio at SBC was really beneficial. I couldn’t recommend SBC more!

After being home with my baby for a year, I was definitely nervous to send my kid off to daycare. But Nicole and the team have made the transition absolutely wonderful. From the first time I walked into Super Baby Care, I really liked how safe, clean and fun the daycare was and that was right across a park which the kids go to everyday. Through the Procare app, my husband and I get lots of updates & pictures throughout the day of what my kiddo is up to. I’m a nurse and my schedule changes a lot, but Nicole and the team have always been extremely flexible with our schedule which has been a life saver! I’m so grateful for Superior Baby Care and the team for taking such good care of my little one.

Superior Baby Care has been such a wonderful experience for our family! We originally started part time (just once a week), and Nicole was incredibly flexible and accommodating with our schedule, even with last minute changes. Our little one loved it so much that she would get excited to go, so we transitioned her to full time in June. From the beginning, we’ve felt so comfortable and supported. We receive thoughtful updates, photos, and notes throughout the day, and our daughter always comes home happy. It’s clear how much the teachers truly care for the children. They give them attention, play with them, and always have a smile on their faces. What I thought would be a difficult transition to daycare has instead brought me so much peace, knowing our daughter is well cared for and her needs are always met. Anytime we bring something up, the teachers take it seriously, which we truly appreciate. The kids enjoy a variety of activities including art projects, park visits and indoor play. Our daughter is eager to share about her day when she comes home, and we’ve noticed so many wonderful developmental milestones, thanks to the support and dedication of Nicole and the entire team of teachers. SBC is so much more than just a daycare. It truly feels like home. We couldn’t be happier and are deeply grateful for the love and joy they bring to our little one’s life. Truly the best place you could choose for your child!

Our kiddo has been with Superior Baby Care since I had to return to work at 12 weeks and we have been SO happy with the decision! Our daughter has been absolutely thriving at daycare and we know she is getting amazing attention and enrichment. She absolutely loves going to daycare every day. Nicole and her staff are wonderful and clearly committed to providing quality care. They also clearly know each kiddo's unique needs and personality. I cannot recommend Superior Baby Care enough!!
