We have had an absolutely wonderful experience at TEL. Angie and her staff have been amazing to work with, and care deeply about the kids care, safety and learning. We couldn't ask for anything more.

Our son has been attending Tangerine for almost a year now. He is so well taken care of by the staff and Angie does a great job connecting with families. We really love that he has lot of time to play ( especially in the gym during the winter months) while also having age appropriate structured activities to help him grow and learn. Our son loves his teachers so much and talks about them at home. The teachers are great at sending updates and pictures throughout the day. We just started potty training and the staff have been wonderful about helping our son with this skill. My husband and I love our partnership with the teachers and Angie to make sure our child is having the best experience possible.As a teacher I know how difficult it can be to find the right place for your child and Tangerine has been nothing but great for our family.

My four-year-old son attends Tangerine Early Learning Center, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. After our previous daycare unexpectedly closed, we found ourselves needing to find a new childcare provider quickly. It was a stressful situation, and I had a lot of reservations about making such an important decision under pressure. From the moment we walked through the doors at Tangerine, we felt welcomed. One of the things I appreciate most is the communication from Angie, the Director. She is approachable, responsive, and genuinely open to feedback. Her positive attitude sets the tone for the entire center, and we're always greeted warmly when we arrive. What really stood out to me during our search was seeing multiple children run up to Angie and happily climb into her lap. It was a simple but powerful moment that showed me how much the children trust and adore her. At that point, I knew we had found the right place. It's clear that the staff cares deeply about the children and works hard to create a nurturing, positive environment. Knowing that Otis is in a place where he is cared for, supported, and happy gives me tremendous peace of mind. I highly recommend Tangerine Early Learning Center to any family looking for a reliable, caring, and well-managed daycare.

I can’t speak highly enough about the care my son has received here. I started looking for somewhere to take my son with great hesitation. I had 2 extremely bad experiences with my oldest son when he was in daycare 15 years ago in a different state due to this experience I have an extremely hard time trusting anyone to watch my kids especially before they are able to verbalize the things that are going on. That being said I toured multiple places before landing on Tangerine. When I toured the facility the owner was the one that gave me the tour and we immediately clicked. I felt in my gut that my baby would be well taken care of. Fast forward to now, a year and a half later and my 3 year old is thriving! He talks up a storm and every night and anytime away from there he will talk about going “home” . He refers to Tangerine as “home”. He loves going “home” and playing with his friends! He races to the door when we get there every morning. He recognizes cars so when we pull in in the morning he is normally the first or second child there and he will saying “yay (whoever is opening) is here!” This as you can imagine warms my mama heart to know that he loves being there and that he is loved and well taken care of. I love seeing his bond with the owner. You can truly see that she cares for him and that he loves seeing her and hanging out with her when I drop him. His teachers have always been amazing! He has grown leaps and bounds since he has been there, reciting letters, numbers and different songs! We will continue here at tangerine until my little goes to Kinder. I can’t recommend highly enough Tangerine especially if, like me you have had bad experiences with childcare in the past!

I’ve had my kids at Positive Alternative/Tangerine since 2021. I’ve found both Marcia and now Angie to be deeply caring. Tangerine does everything they can to create an environment that is full of learning and fun. My family has developed wonderful relationships with both owners and many staff and teachers along the way. A great community! I am happy to have had a school where my daughters are happy to go and I feel safe with them there.
