  • Northglenn United Methodist Early Childcare Center is truly a hidden gem. Our family has had a wonderful experience here. My oldest attended their pre-K program, and my youngest has been enrolled in preschool for the past two years and will be continuing into their pre-K program next year. The teachers are incredibly kind, patient, and deeply experienced; many have decades of experience working with young children, and it really shows in the calm, nurturing environment they create. Our children have felt safe, supported, and genuinely loved while also being well prepared for kindergarten. We are so grateful for this school and the community they’ve built. I highly recommend NUMECC to any family looking for a high-quality, caring preschool with dedicated teachers.

  • To say I love this school is an understatement. When my daughter turned two, I knew I wanted to enroll her in something for socialization. My hope was to find a true preschool, not a daycare, and I was surprised by how hard that was to find. I remembered how much I loved the preschool I attended as a child and decided to see if it was still open. Finding NUMCECC was still around was such a joy. I happily drive out of my way to have my daughter enrolled here and wouldn’t change a thing. Every teacher is wonderful, and my daughter absolutely loves it. I couldn’t recommend this school more.

  • NUMCECC has been a huge blessing to our family. All four of my children have gone here, and after over 10 years, I can honestly say we absolutely love this place. The teachers and Mary, the director are truly amazing — patient, experienced, and so deeply caring. They’ve all treated my kids like their own. The literacy‑based, play‑focused curriculum has helped each of my kids grow in the most natural, joyful way. The school has been a steady, loving part of our lives for over a decade, and we are so grateful for everything they’ve done for our family!

  • This is a classic preschool in that it’s not a daycare, they have small classroom sizes, no screen time, and I cannot recommend it enough. The teachers are fantastic, experienced and genuinely care, and it’s affordable; it is a main motivator for our family not to move, it’s that good! this place is a hidden gem!

  • We are so thankful to have found this school in 2024 for our then two year old. Mary, the Director, and the teachers are so wonderful. The student-teacher ratio allows the teachers more time with each child. They are able to guide our daughter through big feelings, comfort her and provide an environment that she can't wait to go back to each week. Highly recommend!!

  • We love the school! Our two year-old is in the little ducks class twice a week and it’s the perfect amount of time for him to socialize, learn, and have fun! His teachers are wonderful and you can tell how much they care about the kids. I didn’t want a traditional daycare, I Wanted somewhere he could learn and it not be a huge class. This is the spot and we will be returning the following years!!

Questions parents ask about The Early Childhood Center at NUMC

How many infants and toddlers can The Early Childhood Center at NUMC take?

Colorado licenses The Early Childhood Center at NUMC for 8 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.

Who can help me find child care near The Early Childhood Center at NUMC?

The Early Childhood Center at NUMC sits in the area covered by the Early Childhood Partnership of Adams County and the referral agency Child Care Innovations. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.

Does The Early Childhood Center at NUMC accept CCCAP child care assistance?

The state record does not show The Early Childhood Center at NUMC authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation is county-administered and can change, so confirm with the provider and your county office.
