  • We LOVE the learning tree! Pam, Norma, and the other teachers are so caring and we feel grateful to send our son there. They really care about each child’s development and are so creative in their daily activities they offer. It has very limited enrollment with 4 infants and 10 toddlers which is part of its charm. If your child has a chance to attend, consider yourself lucky!

  • The director of Learning Tree is the real deal! She cares about your babies BRAINS and DEVELOPMENT!! Highly recommend this establishment. Limited capacity, but that is all the better for the children....

  • Called to ask about the wait list and the director of this school answered the phone. She proceeded to tell me that she was the director and she “didn’t do waitlists” and that I need to ask HER a specific way “are there spots”. She was quite rude to me it’s a real bummer cause if she’s not nice to me how is that a happy environment for the children? Not interested anymore, thanks, no thanks!

Questions parents ask about THE LEARNING TREE

How many infants and toddlers can THE LEARNING TREE take?

Colorado licenses THE LEARNING TREE for 5 infants and 10 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.

Who can help me find child care near THE LEARNING TREE?

THE LEARNING TREE sits in the area covered by the Eagle County Early Childhood Council and the referral agency Mountain Valley Developmental Svcs. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.

Does THE LEARNING TREE accept CCCAP child care assistance?

The state record does not show THE LEARNING TREE authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation is county-administered and can change, so confirm with the provider and your county office.
