We have loved our experience so far at TLC! ALL of the staff members are so passionate about what they do, and create a great environment for our littles. We are so excited to watch our son grow and learn.
Ann SextonJun 10, 2026We started TLC about a month ago and so far our experience has been great. Our little one seems to really enjoy being with the teachers, everyone has been very nice and welcoming, and understanding of the transition on our family.
Chelsea WisemanMar 17, 2026After touring countless facilities, we came in for our tour at TLC and immediately knew “this was the place to be”. As a prior elementary’s teacher and experience working in preschools, I had high expectations for my infant to be attending school. The staff was not only amazing, knowledgeable and kind, we found the community to be extremely caring. We highly recommend!
Alexandria RushfordFeb 6, 2026TLC is the first school my daughter attended to and the way they welcomed her made my daughter feel comfortable instantly. We are also working with a speech therapist, it only has been few weeks and I can already see so much progress on my daughter. We love her teacher and we are excited to see my daughter developing and learning more. Everybody is happy to help and answers any questions, they care about our community and pay attention to our needs. We are happy to be part of it.
Aracely NDec 2, 2025We absolutely love TLC! Our child had such a wonderful experience here and truly loved her teachers. Even after graduating from TLC, we chose to continue with OT services because the support and care have been outstanding. Kathy, our OT, has been incredible—we’ve worked with her for many years now and couldn’t be happier. She is kind, patient, and so dedicated. We highly recommend TLC to any family looking for a nurturing and supportive environment!
Nate SearcySep 18, 2025We first engaged with TLC for PT services for our infant who had developmental delays. His physical therapist let us know that a space opened in the infant room and we decided to take that spot. So far, they have provided great care for our baby. The teachers communicate well with parents and it’s great that they offer therapy services as well.

Questions parents ask about TLC Learning Center
How many infants and toddlers can TLC Learning Center take?
- Colorado licenses TLC Learning Center for 20 infants and 47 toddlers. These are the bands the state publishes separately and they do not add up to the licence total, so treat each as its own ceiling. A licensed place is not the same as an open place, so ask about current availability.
Who can help me find child care near TLC Learning Center?
- TLC Learning Center sits in the area covered by the Early Childhood Council of Boulder County and the referral agency ECC Boulder Co. Colorado funds these bodies to help families find and pay for care locally, and they can answer questions about openings and cost that a licence record cannot.
Does TLC Learning Center accept CCCAP child care assistance?
- Yes. The state record shows TLC Learning Center authorised for the Colorado Child Care Assistance Program. Authorisation means the provider can accept CCCAP families, not that it has a funded place open now, so ask before you apply.
