Trailmark Learning Center

I can truly say this has been the best child care we have sent our children to. We had 3 children ages 6m-4y attend this Kindercare at Trailmark. All of our teachers treated our children and us with respect and kindness. Any time our children had an issue the teachers and director were helping us find solutions and helping us through it. The director here is truly one of a kind. She is the best director we have ever worked with (and we have had several directors at other child care facilities we have interacted with). I cannot recommend this KinderCare enough!

My child wasn't being fed in the infant room no matter how many times I spoke to the teachers and the director, he'd come home with over half of his bottles and his purées. Decided to pull my son after 3 weeks. The teachers said they forgot to feed him. There were contagious illnesses around the center back to back from the lack of cleaning, washing hands and proper cleaning measures. This center was disgusting and filthy. Everyday was a different teacher in each classroom and curriculum wasn't being implemented. Every morning the classrooms were out of ratio by 3-4 children. For a kindercare, I was highly disappointed with the way this center was being run.

My son attended Trailmark from 16 months to 3.5 years old and had a wonderful experience. Bri, the Director, is incredibly communicative and caring and the center is reflective of her leadership. Our son always had lovely teachers who greeted him with a smile every morning and he made so many great friends who he looked forward to seeing each day. The curriculum was always nicely balanced between structured and unstructured activities for the kids to take part in and mainly focused on learning through experience and play. We also loved the location outside of the city surrounded by greenery. We highly recommend Trailmark!

Five Stars for Trailmark Learning Center! Bri Johnson, the school Director is such a tremendous plus to this school's success, she is kind, caring and was very helpful with our Play-Ground Theatre in-house field trip. Hats off to outstanding teachers who participated with our program: Cynthia, Kayleigh, Jaiden, and Autumn! I noticed the classrooms are clean, fresh and filled with fun, colorful, creative artwork. The students at this school are a happy, healthy, well behaved bunch and enjoyed the singing, dancing, acting games and story telling. If you are a parent considering this school please note that Trailmark Learning Center offers extra enrichment programs for their student to enjoy.

We love Kindercare in Trailmark! The staff is caring, attentive, and nurturing. I feel confident each day at drop off that my daughter will have a fun filled day of activities that enhance her growth both developmentally and socially. Communication is wonderful! Between school wide announcements or classroom announcements, they keep parents fully informed. We couldn’t be happier with our time at Kindercare in Trailmark and can’t wait to watch our daughter continue to grow there!
