  • My son has been attending Building Blocks since he was three months old, and he is now almost two years old. I was initially nervous about sending him to daycare, but I can say confidently that this was the best decision as we have seen him absolutely thrive here. All of his teachers, without exception, have been so kind and attentive. They actively engage with the children and do all sorts of fun and educational activities. The facility itself is very clean and nice with a large fenced-in playground area outside. We also appreciate the good communication from the school. And of course, my son loves Building Blocks and is always excited to see his friends and teachers when we drop him off in the morning!

  • I cannot say enough wonderful things about this daycare center and the incredible staff who care for the children each day. From the moment we joined, I have seen how deeply the teachers and staff go above and beyond for every child in their care. Their dedication, patience, and genuine love for the children is evident in every interaction I witness. The infant program has been absolutely amazing for my daughter. The nurturing environment, thoughtful activities, and individualized attention have truly helped her grow and excel, and it brings me so much comfort knowing she is surrounded by people who truly care about her development and well-being. The interactions between the staff and the children are consistently heartwarming and reassuring. I adore this program and feel confident that the strong foundation she’s receiving in the infant room will carry beautifully into the toddler program. I have no doubt she will continue to thrive and excel in everything she does. We are so grateful to be part of such a supportive, loving, and enriching community. Thank you Building Blocks.

  • We absolutely love Building Blocks Daycare, especially the toddler program. The teachers are caring, patient, and truly dedicated to the children. Our daughter is happy, comfortable, and excited to go each day, which says everything. We’ve seen so much growth in her social skills, confidence, and learning since she started. The staff do a wonderful job creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. We’re very grateful for Building Blocks and highly recommend it to other families.

  • We enrolled our child in the preschool program at Building Blocks Learning Center in Middletown. December 1st was our child’s first and only day. We were informed by the center that our child was left outside, alone, after recess, which was was extremely upsetting for our family. Our child’s safety is our top priority, and while we are grateful our child was not physically harmed, the situation raised serious concerns about basic supervision practices. We chose not to continue enrollment, and are sharing our experience so other parents can make informed decisions. Edited to add: To clarify, my son was left outside because his teacher did not complete a headcount. This is a fundamental supervision practice in childcare. The seriousness of this incident should not require further explanation.

  • Both of my kids went to Building Blocks from age 2 through pre-K and we had a wonderful experience there! They were both well-prepared for kindergarten - but have also said they wish they could just keep going to school at BB forever. 🥲 The teachers became like members of our family during our time there, and I never once worried about leaving my babies there, from their first day on. They were clearly all passionate about teaching and showed so much love to my kids. I honestly felt like I was leaving them with a better version of me! 😂 Every teacher seemed to know every child in the school’s name even if they weren’t their teacher. They were so organized and on top of everything, their health and safety measures were extremely thorough (even in that scary time after things reopened during the pandemic!), and their communication with parents was excellent. Childcare is expensive everywhere you go, but the peace of mind of knowing your child is safe, loved, and well cared for by highly qualified professionals is priceless. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

  • I recently enrolled my 3-year-old son in Building Blocks daycare since March 2023, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment he started attending, he's been happy and content every single day. It's clear that the staff at Building Blocks truly care about the well-being of each child in their care. In particular, I want to give a shout-out to my son's primary teachers, MS April, MS Kiyara, MS Bre and MS Sarah. They have been amazing with him, providing lots of love and attention that has helped him thrive and grow in so many ways. I'm continually impressed by their dedication and professionalism. Overall, I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful daycare for my son. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly and caring, and my son is always eager to go to "school" each day. I would highly recommend Building Blocks to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for their child.
