  • Whenever I call with a question I’m met with rude short responses, without fail. I didn’t want to bring my son here but it was what was available. I’ve never heard good things about Silvas. I was always told they lack people skills and yeah, they do.

  • I called to check availability, I’ve heard some good reviews so thought I’d give it a shot. The phone was answered with a plain “Silva’s”, I said “good morning” that was met with silence... so I asked for after school availability and I got the flattest “we’re not doing that this year” I responded with “oh okay, thank you anyways” and that was followed up with a “yep” and a click. ..... I’ve worked in the daycare system before and would never speak like that to a parent calling in . Very unprofessional in my opinion and not warming or welcoming what so ever. You’re working with peoples baby’s.. you should try having a more friendly and professionally approach.

  • I gave them a $50 deposit to hold my sons place. They NEVER called me and this was over a year ago. Every single time I tried to call I was sent to voicemail and I must have left 10 voicemails in 3 months and got no call back. I was looking forward to sending my child here based off of the other reviews but the customer service was so bad that I just gave up. And what about my deposit? This place was unreal.

  • Silva's is great! They are a daycare, preschool and before and after school program. I trust them completely with my children. The rates are very competitive and they accept care 4 kids.
