The Learning Experience - Fairfield

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at TLE Fairfield. The teachers are incredibly attentive, caring, and truly invested in the kids. Miss Janel especially has been amazing, she has brought out the best in my children and they absolutely adore her. It’s so comforting knowing they are loved, supported, and excited to go to school each day. We are so grateful for the positive environment and all the care the staff provides!

My daughter has been attending TLE since she was an infant and we have been really pleased! My daughter has loved all her teachers there and she enjoys going there :) She currently has Miss Janel as her teacher and I can't say enough positive things about her; she is gentle, caring, friendly, patient and all her students love her!

A Truly Exceptional Early Learning Experience... Finding the right preschool is one of the most important decisions a family can make, and this school has exceeded every expectation. From the moment we first walked in, it was clear this is a place built on genuine care, thoughtful education, and a deep understanding of early childhood development. Huge kudos to my daughter’s former two-year-old teachers, Ms. Victoria and Ms. Imani, who were instrumental in helping us through potty training and emotional regulation. Now in preschool, Ms. Arika (her main teacher and truly a saint), along with Ms. Janel, Ms. Alissa, Ms. Shirley, and Ms. Theresa, have continued to nurture her growth with warmth, patience, and dedication. They celebrate each child’s individuality while gently guiding them through challenges. My daughter comes home excited to share what she learned each day—even telling us how her teachers helped her work through little “hiccups.” The classrooms are vibrant, safe, and designed to encourage creativity and hands-on learning. Communication with families is excellent, and we always feel informed and involved. Even Ms. Rena, the school chef, takes time to chat with my daughter every morning when she asks, “What are you cheffin’ up today?” From the welcoming, dedicated and loving administrators—Ms. Aliya’h, Ms. Del, and Ms. Sam—to the incredible teaching staff, the sense of community here is truly special. This school doesn’t just prepare children academically; it nurtures confidence, kindness, and a lifelong love of learning. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of this community.

We love TLE Fairfield! We moved here in September and our daughter previously attended TLE Wilton which we loved so we were hoping we would feel the same with TLE Fairfield and it has exceeded our expectations! The staff is so friendly & is there if you need anything, also very responsive. We love being a part of TLE Fairfield!
