Bambini Play & Learn at Mount Vernon

Our son Caleb attended Bambini Play & Learn at Mount Vernon for about five months, and while our time there was relatively short, we cannot say enough wonderful things about this daycare. From day one, we felt confident that Caleb was being cared for by teachers who genuinely loved and nurtured the children as if they were their own. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, professional, and deeply invested in each child’s growth and well-being. One of the things we appreciated most was the communication. The app was incredibly easy to use and provided daily photos, updates, meal information, and insights into Caleb’s day. As parents, it gave us tremendous peace of mind to stay connected and see him learning, playing, and thriving throughout the day. We were genuinely amazed by the educational growth Caleb experienced in such a short period of time. The curriculum is thoughtful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate, and we could see the positive impact it had on his learning and confidence almost immediately. The quality of care extended to every aspect of the program, including the nutritious, high-quality meals and snacks provided each day. It was clear that Bambini prioritizes both the physical and developmental needs of its children. Most importantly, we always felt that Caleb was loved, safe, and happy. There is no greater comfort for a parent than knowing your child is in an environment where they are truly cared for. Quality childcare is an investment, and Bambini is worth every single penny. If you’re considering daycare options, I can say without hesitation that choosing Bambini will be one of the best decisions you make for your child. We are incredibly grateful for the care, education, and love they gave Caleb, and we will always look back on our time there with appreciation and fondness.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Bambini Daycare. My son started in January 2026, and as we prepare to leave due to a family move, I feel incredibly emotional. If it were up to me, he would absolutely continue here. From the very beginning, Bambini made what is often one of the hardest transitions for a parent feel safe and reassuring. I still remember shedding tears on his first day, leaving him in someone else’s care. Now, I find myself even more emotional having to say goodbye, which truly speaks volumes about the experience we’ve had. The growth we’ve seen in our son in just a few months has been amazing. He has thrived both socially and developmentally, and it’s clear that the teachers pour so much care, intention, and love into what they do. His teachers, Suhail and Esmeralda, are simply exceptional. They have treated our son with such warmth and kindness, and I felt complete trust every single day knowing he was in their care. We will miss them deeply. The leadership at Bambini is equally outstanding. Katherine, the director, is thoughtful, responsible, and truly dedicated to creating a strong sense of community. You can tell she genuinely cares about every child and works hard to ensure families feel welcomed, heard, and supported. Bambini as a whole is a nurturing, safe, and joyful environment. The daycare provides nutritious meals, and the daily updates with photos and videos are such a meaningful way to stay connected throughout the day and it gave us so much peace of mind. Leaving Bambini is incredibly bittersweet. We are so grateful for the love, care, and foundation they have given our son. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. We will truly miss being part of the Bambini community.

Both of our children attended Bambini from infant stage, and we were never anything but 100 percent happy with our decision. From the healthy, delicious food to the loving and supportive environment, it was truly a second home for our kids.

Our family cannot recommend Bambini highly enough. Their kind, loving teachers provided our son a warm and caring learning environment. Bambini is a truly special place, filled with love, and we were honored to have it as a place in our family’s lives. Even after our son graduated, we bragged about Bambini in our community. There is a magic that happens at Bambini. We saw it in our son's face as it lit up when he walked in every morning. We heard it in the voices of the teachers as they said goodbye to each other at the end of the day. Bambini is a community that cares for one another. Our son graduated from Bambini as a happy, talkative, thoughtful, active, bilingual, curious boy who loves learning, music, and playing with his dear friends. We are so glad to have had Bambini in our lives.

Bambini took care of both my daughters for several years while we lived in the DC area and I can not rave about them enough. My daughters are now in Kindergarten and 4th grade and their Spanish skills are constantly praised by native speakers. I have toured many daycares and never found a comparison to Bambini. Highly recommend without hesitation.
