Mesac Child Development Center

We loved the care at MESAC! We started our daughter had just four months old and have been there for over two years. The staff is warm, friendly and loving, even though my husband and I don’t speak any Spanish, you can tell from the relationship that is developed how sweet the care is. Our daughter understand Spanish and often teaches us new words and songs. They teachers a MESAC are excellent at helping to attain milestones too. Some of these for us included, crawling, pulling up to stand, walking. Because they are also experienced, they have always advised when to drop a nap and when to start potty training! Our 2.5 year old is fully potty trained and We are so grateful! The structure of the daycare is wonderful. They love reading to the kids and playing music. They take them out on a daily walk. Provided that the weather is appropriate. They help set up fun activities for the kids every single day. They also plan special events around holidays like Halloween, Mother’s Day etc. It also helps that they have Parking spots available on the back for a drop off and pick up! They frequently update the smartphone application and document the activities day-to-day. They have great hours 7:30-am-6pm. Highly recommend them!

Our son was at MESAC for nearly two years and he had the most amazing experience. The teachers were excellent, the communication from the front office (pictures, diapers/potty) always kept us in the know, and the Spanish immersion got him speaking more Spanish than Ive ever spoken by age 2. Could not recommend more

I recommend putting your children in MESAC. My daughter was there for two years, and I am thrilled I made that decision. The teachers always gave my daughter a lot of love and care. Every morning I dropped my daughter off at daycare, I felt completely safe and confident, knowing she was leaving her in an exceptionally caring environment. The attention and affection she received contributed significantly to my daughter's development and happiness.

For over two years now we have had a wonderful experience at MESAC. From infant care to a rapidly developing toddler they do an incredible job focusing on all aspects of child learning. The entire staff is wonderful and well managed. My wife is a former teacher and has always been impressed by how their curriculum and how they operate. If you live in NW DC I would highly recommend MESAC when evaluating childcare.

We've had a fantastic experience with MESAC! They could not have been more attentive and caring to our baby girl. We are sad to have to leave, and only because we are moving out of state. But, we are lucky to leave with lots of little souveniers that Nora made in her time at MESAC, and the best of memories. We'll be lucky if we find caregivers that love her half of what the MESAC staff did :)
