Starling Montessori School

Starling Montessori is an exceptional school. Choosing childcare was difficult, especially since we had previously had a negative experience at a daycare. As soon as we took a tour of Starling and met Fabienne, we knew that our childcare search had come to an end. The outstanding quality of the care, the curriculum, and the school environment combine to make Starling a very special place. Fabienne and her staff provide individualized care and attention and are highly attuned to the unique developmental path of each kid. The Montessori curriculum has helped build our son's confidence, independence, sociability, and curiosity. And in a tranquil classroom, with a shaded yard set in from the street out front, we know that our son is in a nurturing and safe environment. Not only has our son learned a great deal during his time at Starling, but so have we as parents. Starling has had a hugely positive impact on our family and we could not recommend Starling more!

Starling Montessori has been a gift to our family! I initially looked at ten options for our child and immediately knew there was something different about Starling. Mrs. Fabienne’s background and training in authentic Montessori education is evident in all aspects of the school. Every detail from the selection of activities, the layout of the room, the schedule of the day, the language used to educate and guide the kids, etc. is thoughtful and designed to ensure they are growing, learning, and thriving. We are grateful to have found Starling!

Our daughter attended Starling Montessori when she was two and three years old, and we truly could not have asked for a better first educational experience for her. From the very beginning, Mrs. Fabienne and her staff created such a nurturing, caring, and welcoming environment that immediately gave my wife and me peace of mind and confidence in leaving our daughter in their care. Mrs. Fabienne brings an incredible level of patience, warmth, and professionalism to the school, and it clearly reflects throughout the entire staff and curriculum. We were amazed at how much independence, confidence, and growth our daughter developed during her time there. By the end of her journey at Starling, she came back a completely different toddler in the best possible way; more curious, capable, social, and self-assured. As first-time parents sending our child into a formal learning environment, we were understandably nervous, but choosing Starling Montessori turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made for our daughter. The love, structure, and quality education she received there exceeded every expectation we had. We are incredibly grateful to Mrs Fabienne and her team and would highly recommend Starling Montessori to any family looking for a safe, nurturing, and high-quality early education experience for their child.

We are proud to be one of the founding families at Starling Montessori! When we found them, they were just starting out. Our son has thrived there for the past two years from when he was 16 months to when he graduates to PreK-3! We love the Montessori model and especially how Starling allows our son to explore in a calm and safe environment while also allowing him independence. We also credit them for helping our son be fully potty trained and ready for PreK-3. Our daughter will be going there next! The staff are wonderful and the facility top notch. They even have their own private courtyard, garden, and playground.
