This is a terrible childcare business & wouldn’t recommend a soul. This establishment is very unprofessional they so called misplaced my child belongings-which include her formula, cereal,wipes and her gallon of water I work hard to provide for my child that stuff cost ain’t nothing free. When they received a termination email from DHS they were already aware that my child last day was yesterday. So when I arrived to pick my child up I’m expecting for her belongings to be in the bag. I called to speak with Ms.Hazel I was told she was using the bathroom now Ms.Hazel not the owner no more. How you change management over night I’m so glad I took my baby out that daycare it’s like a relief. My child started her new daycare today now I can go to work without stressing about my child. Not to mention the brightwell app they don’t never use to update the parents on how your child doing throughout the day which is unacceptable.
jonnay vaughanMar 26, 2025Absolutely love Ms. Hazel but the staff is terrible, rude, and unprofessional. I terminated my daughter’s services at the daycare and when trying to pick up her diapers and wipes, the daycare lost her belongings.
Sierra CookJan 15, 2025My oldest son attended daycare here. Not only did he make friends but he excelled past other students in his class when he started elementary. Very great with communication and super sweet and friendly staff.
Nai KDec 24, 2023My daughter was taking out of this daycare in November2022 she then say the daycare is closing in 9 days after I ask her what they feed my child she couldn’t answer the question Thats when I removed my daughter I finally got in touch with the director she said she would return my money thanksgiving week which it was after thanksgiving I was unable to get in-touch that day I paid in advance for the month the director of the facility wont return the money that is not due to her daycare when I call to make attempts for return she hangs up the phone and say the director is not there to take my call this is very unprofessional I will be Pursuing this matter in court
chinara ashfordDec 17, 2022When you are trusting people with a child, you believe in there work to be the best. The staff should be trained to act professional at all times. If their are family members of the owners on staff, the rules apply to them also. I was very concern when comments about a two year old child needs testing. The child is there to learn and grow not to be judge. Practice your mission & vision don't just write it. Good Luck
Jermel Gordon SrFeb 9, 2021This is not where you want to send your kids. When you complain on them they retaliate by terminating you. They stand behind staff who mistreat parents and doesn't take care of the babies like they should. They forever send other kids clothes and bottles home with other parents as well as losing kids clothes and bottles. They never look after the kids like they should. They leave the pampers on them for a long time and allow the clothes to be messed up everyday. The Director doesn't say anything when the staff disrespect the parents. She act like she's afraid of her own staff. Smh
