We LOVE the staff at Wonders. They are very attentive and caring to all the kiddos and we feel lucky to have them as a resource as working parents.
Beth AlexanderNov 24, 2024This review is for management only!!! I accidentally reserved the spot at Wonders Extended Day at Horace Mann. Little did I know there are two Horace Mann Schools in two different states... I called them and explained the situation. I was told the refund check will be mailed to me. Of course, it was never mailed. Of course, neither of my emails were answered. And when I called their Assistant Controller and Family Accounts Manager today, I was told: "let me check, one second" and I was put on a forever hold. After 15 mins I gave up. I don't really care about the money, it's a lie and unprofessionalism that puts me off. What does that say about the business?
