WATCH WHO YOU HAVE YOUR CHILDREN AROUND. My experience as well as my children was terrible. The owners are very rude, and unprofessional. They don't provide adequate meals. They don't have a calendar for meals available for parents. My children told me they were getting a "water cup" size of dry cereal every morning for breakfast. When I reached out to offer to provide milk for my children, I was by admin they don't even have bowls. The admin/teacher is very immature and unprofessional intentionally picking at my 9y.o and trying to argue with her. Admin also tried forcing my 6y.o to talk to me all while being argumentative on the phone with me in front of her creating a hostile and nasty environment for her. Every incident they claimed happened, I asked for camera footage and was told I wasn't able to see/review it. This place was just terrible. The first time I was called about an incident, the owner came out to speak with me before saying anything else her first words to me were "WATCH WHO YOU HAVE YOUR CHILDREN AROUND". Let me not forget to add, they did no summer activities during the summer. They told me the school aged children would go on field trips as well as the agd appropriate children for the summer they also said the children would have"water day" outside 2 days a week. This was lies, all water days were cancelled and there were absolutely no field trips. That being said, with these 2 major activities being cancelled the entire summer, there was nothing put in place to replace them.
ChaleseAug 23, 2025Our family absolutely LOVES this daycare! I have 2 daughters enrolled and they have made the best of friends there. I was VERY picky when my husband and I were looking for daycares and I was having so much trouble finding one I liked and felt I could trust. When we first toured the facility, we knew right away this was place. The owner was on site and we were greeted like old friends. My girls have learned so much and it amazes me every day. The staff is truly like family. They love and support each child and have a genuine concern for each childs wellbeing. They really take the time to get to know and understand your child. I never worry when I drop my girls off in the morning. I know they will be taken care of! Way to go Amanda Childcare & Preschool! Keep up the great work!
Sara ColemanJan 13, 2025My name is aj the kids call me apple jacks. I am a single dad of 3 children . I am a Nremt in muiltiple states was foster parent . Williams family day care is exactly that a family. I volunter at the day care and my children go to that wonderful place. The staff cares for each child as their own. So parents dont want to hear the negative behaviors the child does and lashes out at staff . I get it my child has autism and has had bad behaviours but when i was told of them we worked togethier to solve them The owner has cleaning staff after hours to clean. The problem we face with covid rsv and is its everywhere so when day care has had issue they closed. When some one say bad things about this day care i take it personaly i checked this place out made suprise visits and all passed. Im in the day care with staff i seen how child. Respond to staff Very loving place. The owners are on site. I hoping she braches out. . My childern love this place and so do. I keep up the good work

When I told you averything you will wish for your kids and also as a parent that peaceful filling of not worry not even if the fell a little sick this group of people they make it happen each day with dedication,love and a lot of respect they have stood by my side since my kids started here thru every challenge that my daughters had given me and for me that is a plus. Thank you alot averything guys and bless for you and your love ones
