  • This is an excellent daycare. We had a terrible experience at another daycare, and we toured over ten local options. We feel incredibly fortunate to have ended up here. We have been in two classrooms so far, and the teachers are fantastic. The turnover you see at other places is not happening here. I recognize everyone, and they greet my child by name. My child is loved and understood. Our child has eating and growth issues that have been taken seriously. Her teachers, the directors, and the chef are helping us with problem solving and ideas. We learned new strategies from our teacher to encourage her with this problem at home that have helped SO much. BOTS is very well organized. They function like a school with yearly classroom move ups, which makes this change predictable and structured. The kids move up together, and teachers get to know their new kids in advance, which helps with transition. Communication is clear and timely. In addition to exceeding our hopes for our child’s care, BOTS has parent teacher conferences, nice outdoor play areas, an app that shares pictures and daily learning, occasional surveys that access child development, an amazing summer camp program for all of the age groups, occasional field trips/visiting entertainment, and community events like trunk or treat.

  • We've had an amazing experience at BOTS (Babes on the Square)! We have two kids (1 and 4) and have been here since May 2024 after leaving an AWFUL daycare that was shut down. They are pricey but worth every penny. - The staff is wonderful. Their teachers are always available to talk and provide updates on my kids. The twice a year conferences are well-thought out and tailored to the individual child. In the beginning of the school year, they had an open house to walk through the curriculum for the year and what my children will learn. They also are very serious about training staff before adding them full time to a room - communication is excellent! An admin is always visible and able to be reached by the phone no matter what time of day. They send a weekly newsletter with highlights from the week, birthdays, reminders, and upcoming events. They quickly communicate if there are any illnesses going around to be watchful of - learning...now this is the best part. Every day they post what my kids are learning. For my 1 year old, they show me what he is doing and what milestones it accomplishes. They also take tons of pictures and provide updates throughout the day. For my 4 year old, not only can I see what she is learning on the app and through the pictures they send, I can see the growth in my child. She sings ABCs in Spanish, she's learning new words, learning about being kind to others, she's excited about kindergarten. They are already prepping her for kindergarten!! All of these positives have made it worth the investment. I'm glad we found this place.

  • The place was nice and managers were good, however we were not happy with the teacher and no one could do anything about it. Teacher would neglect a child, I wasn't able to productively speak to her. She wasn't even listening. Overall probably a good place if you have a better teacher than we had.

  • Love it! Two children there from 8 months old to school age. Chef on site that prepares healthy meals and gets kids to try a variety of things. Various programs come in to the school to occupy the kids, a lot of parent involvement, staff works with you and through any problems you have. Enjoyed our time here!
