BEACH BABIES CHILD CARE/TOWNSEND

My grandchildren attend beach babies in Townsend. I sometimes pick them up. They are always engaged in fun activities with other children and staff. Staff are always courteous, friendly, & helpful. The rooms are in order and clean. I would certainly recommend to others who need a reliable loving place for their children.

Our two children, Isaac and Elijah have been at Beach Babies for almost two years and we’ve been so pleased with the care and teaching provided. From the teachers to the administrators, everyone is outstanding. We can’t wait for our newborn Abram to start in a couple months.

Staff have a high turn over rate. Child would come home with scratches, bruises & bite marks with no explanation. Child would cry when they found out he had to go. Staff communication is horrible. This use to be a great daycare until the new owners took over. I would give this daycare a ZERO if applicable. Do send your children here, find a more reputable establishment. My child has never been more happy since we left. Poor management will lead to this business eventually be closed. I’m surprised they haven’t been investigated for the misconduct going on, your job is to take care of children yet your on your phone or computer when picking up or dropping off children with no acknowledgement of the parents even being present.

I honestly don't know where to start with how amazing Beach Babies is. From the staff, to the facility, and everything in between its just a breath of fresh air. My son has been going there since he was 3 months old. The staff is so kind, they treat my son just like their own. I still have relationships with staff members that have since moved on just so they can stay updated on my son! The director and the front desk staff are always knowledgeable, kind, and just a friendly face. The facility is ALWAYS clean and they keep you in the loop of any issues that arise that may affect your child. Every staff member knows my child's name from the director to the interns and they aren't even his teacher! The communication is awesome and efficient. I could honestly go on and on about how much I love it. I go out of my way to work to take my son to daycare here and it is incredibly worth it. I'll truly be sad when he gets too old to go anymore.

Beach Babies has been a Godsend for my Family and I for the last 3 years. My Grandaughter has been in the program since she was two and a half years old. This was her first experience away from family and it has been a joy to watch her learn and grow. She has developed into a fine and confident young lady prepared for her start in kindergarten today August 27th. The preK program prepared her for the transition into regular school. I always felt that she was safe when I dropped her off everyday. Thanks to all the Staff at Beach Babies for all of your help over the years, will miss seeing your Smiling faces every morning. Keep on helping to grow young bodies and minds.
