We started out with this daycare once it took over the previous center (building blocks). Since the new ownership things changed and I can’t honestly say for the better. The center isn’t cleaned as it should be, and when anything is brought to the owners attention it’s given a very generic by the book excuse. She made me feel like just a number whenever I would bring an issue to her attention. (I have several friends who kids went here as well, and all feel the same way regarding this.) The food program was something that was promoted as this great thing, when the food provided isn’t anywhere near what was spoken about. At one point when I was packing my older child’s lunch due to food allergies, he was not allowed to eat potato chips because it’s “junk food” and goes against the federal meal guidelines. Yet they serve a chicken dish that is coated in potato chip crumbs. There are still some great employees there like Inseong, Angelica, and Renee that we had the pleasure of watching my oldest when he started at Building Blocks. But the change over to beginnings and beyond has brought some less than desirable teachers into the facility, as well as a constant rotating door of people coming and going. I felt that some parents had to sacrifice their careers in order to pull their kids due to such a drastic change in the environment from what they originally signed up for. When prices were announced to rise again this summer, I decided to pull my kids out because with the then current prices I did not feel like the attention to details (children relationships, behavior, CLEANLINESS) and care was appropriate. This owner doesn’t know the kids names, and wouldn’t be able to recognize a parents face out on the street. Why own a childcare center for all the wrong reasons? Then on social networking I see where the center is encouraging positive reviews for a chance to win cash.
Kristen GannonAug 9, 2024My granddaughter is doing wonderful here. They have great communication. The programs they do with the little one is amazings. I love seeing pictures of her throughout the day. The staff is caring and concerned when something happens. It nice to know she is loved when she is there. Thank you staff!
Kelly SimpsonAug 6, 2024My daughter has attended BB3 for several years now. We haven't had any issues and I always feel that my child is in safe hands and I don't have to worry when I drop her off in the mornings! She enjoys going to center every day!
Jessica HickmanAug 5, 2024I enjoy the service provided at this location. My son came from an unstructured environment and we were worried about his development before starting school next year, however, he has grown and learned so much in the few months he was here. I will definitely be putting our 1 year old there as soon as I get back to work. The staff is amazing and they have so many activities for your children to do. I highly recommend this place. AND they have an app where they send pictures and updates about your little one. My son was 4 years old and I was still struggling with potty training and after a couple months here he is now fully potty trained. I was so glad they worked with him because the last place he was at was terrifying.
Estrella BoydJul 30, 2024I have two littles enrolled in B&B 3 and they both love it so much there. From their teachers to their teachers. They both have been learning so much and has reached all developmental milestones (maybe even exceeded) with the help of their amazing teachers. The teachers show comfort, care, and so much love! (I added two pics of my little learning but it would not let me attach it to my review!)
Breanna MilesJul 23, 2024We have been attending B&B for about four months now. My daughter adores her teachers and has a blast while in class. The staff keeps excellent communication with parents/guardians regarding their little. I am very thankful I found this center and that they had an opening during my time of need. Picture of my little learning and growing below.
