  • This is the worst day care ever for my daughter . My daughter stayed at this daycare for less than eight months, and she left with four stitches in her eyebrow. The teacher also pulled her hand so hard that her wrist was dislocated and her arm was sprained. My daughter fell at the daycare, and her eyebrow was completely cut open and bleeding. When they first called me, they said, 'Hello, My daughter has a small scratch on her eyebrow, we put an ice pack on it, and she is fineAfter that, they called me again after 15 minutes and said, 'Come quickly, your daughter is bleeding.' I went and found my daughter's eyebrow cut open, drenched in her own blood. They had the insurance number and everything, but they didn't call the insurance or the ambulance. I came, took my daughter who was covered in blood, rushed her to the ER, and she got four stitches in her eyebrow. When I went to the daycare and asked what happened to my daughter, they told me, 'Your daughter fell on some furniture and her eyebrow was cut open.' When I asked them to show me the video so I could see it, they said, 'You cannot see it, this is our policy. Send an email and we will send it to your email.' About more than 6 months have passed since this happened, and until now, I haven't seen the email and they haven't sent it. I didn't hire a lawyer and said 'it's just an accident,' and I brought my daughter back to the daycare again. A few months later, they called me saying, 'Come quickly, something happened to your daughter!' When I went to the daycare, I discovered that the teacher pulled her hand so hard that she dislocated her bone. I took her to the emergency room, and I called the ambulance and the police for them. The police made a report. When I came again to ask for the video, they refused to show it to me. They told me, 'Send another email because this is the policy,' and they called the police on me just so I wouldn't see what happened to my daughter. One more thing: in the past six months, my daughter fractured both of her arms. I've told them repeatedly to look after her and take better care of her so she doesn't fall again and get hurt." Even though I told them to take care of my daughter so she doesn't fall again, the teacher grabbed her hand and pulled it so stupidly. My daughter was pulling her hand back to let go, but the teacher kept holding her hand until my daughter's arm got dislocated. And there is a picture below I will show you, in the exact same room where my daughter fell and got four stitches, the teacher left her on the edge of the slide and even took a picture of her while she was about to fall. This is the same room where my daughter fell and got the stitches."

  • This place has went down hill! There’s been so many directors in the pass year and a half. The director there now is rude and doesn’t know how to talk parent. I ever over heard her running down a parent about a patent in front of other parents dropping their kids off. She never gave an answer for any questions. If she does it seem to be made up. There has been a big turn around with teachers and kids since she has been in office. My child has been with the center since it was Kidz Ink. I recently pulled my child out because of the turn over. I just hope things get better.

  • My 1yr old son has been going to Kidz Ink of songsmith for about a month now and he’s loves it and I love how much he has learned in this short period of time. He’s happy to wake up in the morning and go to “scoo”. His vocabulary is growing, his communication skills are getting better and he’s learning so much. If you are considering enrolling your child, 10/10 recommend!

  • We have had a wonderful experience with the team at Kidz Inc Songsmith. When our daughter started daycare at 15 months we were concerned about her transition and the team at Kidz Inc did an amazing job supporting her. Mrs. Evelyn and Chanelle are wonderful teachers who have provided a caring and nurturing environment for her to learn. Our daughters is thriving socially and developmentally which her experience at Kidz Inc has contributed. I have appreciated the responsivness of the center leadership for their consistency and transparency in addressing any questions or concerns I brought to their attention. We are sad that we are having to transition to a new center due to relocation for work and are thankful to the entire Kidz Inc Songsmith team for the support they have provided to our family.

  • The preK teacher, Ms. Jesse is a gift to each child, but has been such a great gift specifically to my son. She is so loving, caring, creative, and has such a great compassion for her students and her parents. Ms Jesse transcends the definition of a teacher as she creates incredible little humans. She motivates them to take on new challenges and encourages them along the way. She works with my son day in and day out so that he can be his best little self. I can’t thank Ms. Jesse and Kidz ink 1 staff for all that they do and all that they have done for my son. Ms. Jesse goes above and beyond all expectations. She pours herself into every activity that she creates for her students. She sees them, she listens to them, making them feel their worth. Thank you to Ms. Jesse for always believing in my baby and his abilities! Ms Debbie is also a wonderful caring teacher, she always make sure the kids feel extra loved. So kind and always so giving. Thank you ms Debbie & Ms Jesse for loving my son like your own! Also a big thank you to the office staff Ms Veronica and Ms Brandy, and all the other teachers who have worked with my son Ms Lauren, Ms Trina, and Ms Ashley.

  • Kidz Ink 1 is the most reliable and trustworthy daycare center! My middle daughter (now 10 years old) was at this daycare from 3 months old until she was 5, then we went off to Kindergarten. During that time, the staff cared for her as if she was their own and always kept us apprised of how she was doing throughout the day. Fast forward 8 years later, my youngest is now at Kidz Ink 1 with almost the same staff from 8 years ago! That longevity shows the culture and love for the kids. We are so blessed to have our daughters here and will always have love and gratitude for everyone from the office to the teachers. Thank you Kidz Ink 1 for being a trustworthy and safe place for our children!
