I am so disappointed in the transition of this school. I had not one but two kids enrolled here for over 3 years. Since the change in admin everything has gone downhill. The lack of cleanliness in the classrooms are absurd and when I addressed the issue it was dismissed. Also the lack of consistent teachers told me everything I needed to know about how they are treated here. My child had 6 teachers in one YES one school year. Unacceptable. The ratings for this location are decreasing by the quarter. That tells you everything you need to know.
Alana C.Jun 26, 2026I’m disappointed to share that the experience at Celebree School of Middletown has declined since the previous director left. Under the new leadership, the atmosphere feels noticeably different. Communication has become less welcoming, and interactions with families often come across as dismissive rather than supportive. Customer service is a critical part of any childcare environment, and unfortunately, that standard no longer seems to be a priority. Families should feel heard, respected, and valued, especially when it comes to their children’s care. I truly hope improvements are made, as this school previously provided a much more positive and professional experience.
lu minMay 1, 2026I love how excited he gets to walk into a school where he is welcomed and treated amazingly. He loves his teachers and friends. The staff is amazing with communication and interacts with my son on an exceptional level! They are very flexible and understanding
Vicki TurnerFeb 10, 2026Poor communication; alarming turnover rate with little to no communication around the changes; price increase with nothing to show for from the parents perspective (NOTHING changed or improved); and most importantly MY CHILDREN is no longer running happily to door to go to school. Instead they cry and say “I want to go home” which was NOT the case before. Special s/o to Ms. Aaliyah (who is no longer there but was the kids and parents favorite), Ms. Jackie in 2A who I would vote to be School Director any day. They have been at the school since my children have started and are the epitome of excellent teachers!
Khiana WhiteJan 1, 2026I’m am extremely disappointed to see how this school has gone downhill. Both my children has been attending this school since infants and I now have to look for alternative schooling for them. The turnover is TERRIBLE, my son had 5 teachers in 3 months, they don’t communicate all the staffing changes, I most recently found out that the teachers were trying to fight and got fired (no communication STILL around that) the communication is poor and the quality of care has gone downhill. My children were once happy to come here but that is sadly no longer the case. The new change in directors from Danielle has NO positive impact AT ALL! I take pride in where I send my kids to school expecting excellent quality of care, education and development support but the only thing my children have been receiving is frustration from inconsistency! Lastly I would like to mention, this school told me that all of the teachers have extensive training and childcare background however one of the teachers was working in target one week and the next I see him as my child’s teacher. Next example, one of the teachers herself stated that she had no prior experience in childcare and came from a totally different profession. This does not exemplify what has been told to me and is disappointing.
IsaiahJan 1, 2026Teachers and assistant were friendly. We loved Ms. Jackie. However management forget about it Danielle is terrible, she is the epitome of what a liar is. Danielle needs more training it is a shame how she is the manager of this location and yet she has no knowledge of how to run the center. I won’t get into details of the nightmare my family faced over there and Danielle made it even worse. Please take your kids some place else! Brittany (the district manager is just as bad as her) never again!
