The owners, LaHoma and Mary Kay, have made my little guy feel right at home at Dream Haven. I appreciate their holistic approach to childcare. When I visited for the first time when my son had just turned 1 and we were transitioning away from having a nanny, it felt like a nice middle ground between a traditional daycare with regulations and an in-home center, in the sense that I believed my child wouldn’t be “just a number” but a specific individual that would be cared for as such, and after having my son there for about 6 months, that still feels true.

We are so thankful to have found Dream Haven Learning Center! The staff is amazing and friendly. They are always teaching and interacting with the kids and even started their own garden that the kids were able to tend to. My 4 year old has learned so much and enjoys going every day to see her teachers and friends. I know my infant is well cared for throughout the day and love that they post pictures and updates through the app. If you are looking for a daycare where your child can blossom and grow, this is the place for you!

Having known the owners for over twenty years, I can sincerely say that their philosophy of learning through hands-on activities is exactly what young children need. It’s clear that they’re not just focused on one area of development but rather the whole child—physically, emotionally, cognitively, and socially. Their emphasis is on fostering creativity and critical thinking in a fun and engaging way. Their comprehensive program also provides excellent resources for families, such as life skill workshops and family events, which have been wonderful opportunities for families to feel more connected and supported. The staff really understands that each child is unique, and they tailor their approach to meet the individual needs of every child, encouraging a genuine love of learning. Overall, I’m incredibly grateful for this daycare’s commitment to providing a well-rounded developmental experience. It’s a nurturing environment that truly partners with families to help every child thrive. I highly recommend it!

We absolutely love Dream Haven! Mary Kay, LaHoma, and Erin are amazing and make our 2.5 year old daughter feel as though she’s truly at home. Our daughter even asked about them at bedtime the other night, and when told they were all at their own homes sleeping, she said, “I’ll go walk!” LOL. Not only are all 3 of them very experienced and educated in early childhood development and childcare, they’re extremely passionate, too, and it shows in the home away from home they’ve created. We are so thankful to have found a center we feel 100% comfortable, safe, and confident in. We can’t recommend them enough!

Mary Kay and LaHoma are two of the warmest, kindest, smartest women I have ever met. Their years of experience caring for and teaching children of all backgrounds is impressive. They embody the philosophy of caring for the whole child and have created an environment that supports, teaches, develops and nurtures each child on an individual basis. Every child is different and at Dream Haven they are each celebrated for the wonderful miracle they are. I can’t wait for my granddaughter to join the Dream Haven family!
